Nothing. Kids running and screaming up & down the hallway. That says it all.

When I told my cabbie that I was staying at the Fiesta, he lauged out loud. I said online travel website gave it 3 stars, regular people on online travel website gave it one star; the cabbie said it should be half a star! He was right. I never felt safe there, the quality of people there is not very good/high; I sincerely hoped I would never find myself in the elevator with anyone. There is a ridiculous * daily charge for unlimited local phone calls, plus use of a fax and copy machine; this fee is not available if not needed. (I didn't use the phone at all, nor any of the other services.) And the room quality is poor; you can hear everything in the hall and other rooms...despite the fact that the walls are concrete blocks! My bathtub ran all the time...not a drip, it was literally a constant steam of water. When I asked on Monday morning for a maintenance man to please fix it, when I came back Monday evening nothing had changed except there was a lot of dirt on the floor including a dead larve of some kind!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone I know and would NOT recommend it to anyone I don't know! Stay away; this place is a dump...I never felt safe here one momment!

As the hotel was not fully booked, I thought it was rude of the hotel staff to make us move to a different room. They said it was due to plumbing problems in the next room, but we had no plumbing problems - just those caused by being our sleep being disrupted and having to repack and unpack 2 times instead of just once.

Front desk was very rude, at first put me in handicap room. Dirty.

The elevator doors didn't always close on the first attempt. The keys worked only some of the time. The smell was really bad. The need no invest in Fabreeze for the rooms. The staff at the reservation desk were very nice & helpful. That is the ONLY good thing about this hotel.

I was able to check in at 10 am. No problem. The room was very nice. The bathroom was very clean. The air conditioner worked well. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. :) The only thing that was wrong with my stay was the ice machine wasn't working. Eat at the Dennys in this casino. Great food especially when you get the 2 for 1 book with your stay. The Fiesta employees were helpful and that added to the enjoyment I had staying here.

The housekeeper was nice. There was little hair in the bathroom and the bedding smelled! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was dark, probably to hide all the dirt on the carpet. The bathrooms had hair from previous guests, and the bedding smelled extremely foul! It is the type of place you do not want to take your shoes off and need a can of Lysol to spray down the beds.

A Stay by accident for memorial day weekend. DO NOT GO HERE. The worse customer service ever experienced. The receptionist gave Fiesta Hotel a bad reputation for life, not to mention the cynder-block walls in your hotel room. Their idea of the third star (resturants in the hotel) are McDonalds and Taco Bell. (No joke) Management is unprofessional, hangs up on customers, tells customers they are rude

We stayed at the Fiesta Rancho Station Casino in Las Vegas during their coldest, snowiest nights. We nearly froze all the first night due to the furnace not staying on. We notified housekeeping the next day and heard nothing from them; the next night was extremely cold, also. When we checked out, we told them about the furnace and were told that they had checked our furnace and it worked fine, but we should have been told at check-in that it required our room key to activate the furnace. Nobody told us that, even after our complaints, until we checked out. Also, the hotel added an extra mandatory charge onto our room, which we weren't told about until we checked in, which they said was added to every room, to cover use of the internet, local newspaper, and something else, none of which we wanted nor used. We felt this was unfair. (However, due to our furnace experience, they did waive that mandatory charge.) Also, the towels & wash cloths were very small and thin, and there was only one of each for each of us. The staff were very friendly and nice, however, every time we spoke with them.

When I checked out the next day, I asked the lady about the deposit. She said that my card had been charged the $100- even though my receipt mentioned nothing about it. I asked her how long it would take to get the money back. She stated that it could take from 3 to 5 business days. Imagine that I stay there one night and they can tie up my money up to 5 days. I asked the lady what would happen if I arrived at the desk and was unable to pay the $100 deposit. She stated that I would not be able to stay at that hotel. Without that deposit, they don't let you in. So, if you're planning on staying at the Fiesta Rancho Station, make sure you bring an extra $100 just for the privilege of staying at their hotel.

I am a travel agent and this hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Book a hotel on the strip only!! Fiesta Rancho lacks basic customer care traits and needs their staff to be trained properly!!

The minute I walked into this Hotel is smelled of cigarette smoke and mold . The Hotel registraion was way in the back . To get there you have to pass a bar which several thugs (gangsters) were drinking and smoking . Everyother person there seemed to be missing thier front teeth . After check in our room was on the 5th floor . The elevator doors stuck and the elevator felt like it was going to break down it shook so much . We asked for a room on the 1st floor . The room was so old & filty our shoes stuck to the carpet . The wall air conditioner had all of the connector wires exposed and on the floor . Needless to say I did not stay there . I checked out of that old dive . I'd rather sleep in my car then to stay at this hotel .

They have hidden charges for almost everything here and even though I bought a total package, I still ended up with 5 per day for what they call ""hotel services"".They charge 10 per day for internet usage. I was afraid to ask for an extra bar of soap ... not sure my budget could take it.

The hotel room was quite neat. The staff were all courteous. I liked the fact that the restroom looked very clean. I'm picky about that! Good location and plenty of food options. I'd have preferred more lights in the room, especially near the table/mirror. The woolen blanket looked a little gray and (to me) not quite clean.

"Needed to stay outside the strip on a budget. Staff was courteous, room was small but OK (I was able to check in early though). Nothing fantastic, but it worked."
