do not stay here! they tried to put us in room 18 where the bathroom walls & ceiling were full of mold - and i didn't even look in the shower! i complained and was moved to another room. this room had a foul smell, filthy carpet, there were no screens on the windows, only one lamp worked in the room, coffe maker with no coffee --- need i say more. this was a miserable experience.

We needed a room in Santa Barbara at the last minute on a holiday weekend. Fiesta Inn was the first hotel that accepted us for one night in the location we wanted to stay. It has a charm but has seen better days, but there was nothing unacceptable considering it was where we wanted to stay at the right price. The only significant problem for us was plumbing. The comode handle needed a jiggle to stop flowing and the shower water temerature kept changing requiring frequent adjustments. If you want a fancy place with lots amenties, keep looking, but if you need a decent place to sleep near the Arlington Theater, you might like the Fiesta Inn.

The Fiesta Inn & Suites takes advantage of its location, charging premium rates for a very non-premium room. VERY EXPENSIVE, AC DID NOT WORK, ROOM WAS NOT STOCKED WITH ANY AMENITIES, SHOWER WAS SCALDING THEN FREEZING, WINDOW WAS PROPPED OPEN WITH A SHAMPOO BOTTLE, TOWELS WERE VERY CHEAP AND INADEQUATE, BUT THE LOCATION IS OK ON STATE STREET. HOWEVER I DID NOT LET IT RUIN MY DAY, I STILL HAD FUN.
