It was never overly busy & very clean!! The beds very uncompfortable. Nice quite place to stay well gept & nice location on the beach but not right in the Golden Zone, walking distance to everthing. Although the rooms are nothing flashy they get the job done & and are kept clean. The pool & food was very nice & the staff were very polite & always looking out for there guests. I would stay there again.

Try to get a room on the south side for the great balcony views. Very friendly staff. The exchange rate in the hotel was almost as good as the bank

Good beach location. Terrible hard beds. The bar should be open either on the beach or inside the hotel. Neither was. The beds are just not acceptable my hips ached continually. They need to be upgraded. The rest of the hotel was ok.

We stayed at the Fiesta Inn prior to our timeshare. It is just a basic room. There is no safe in the room or clock. No washcloths in the bathroom. Will have to ask for more hangers in the closet. There is no lounge to get a drink or a place to order food until dinner. The hotel needs an upgrade.

The hotel is small but it has restaurant and pool and it is in a good location for the price. The only problem that I saw is that the pool was not heated and in January even when Mazatlan is warm the cold air from the north makes you feel a little chilly so you do need the pool to be heated. Other hotels do have that. If you go in spring-summer this is not a problem but take it under consideration if you are planning to go in winter like we did. Anyway we had a great time.

Unlike most hotels i've stayed at in Mazatlan, Fiesta Inn i believe is best for travelors looking for a quiet stay in a relaxing/business type atmosphere. The rooms were simple & nice, kept very clean and service was prompt/ helpful when needed."

We asked for a 7am wake up call so we could make a tour that we had booked and no one called us. Luckily, we woke up in time to barely make it. When we asked why they had no explanation and wouldn't even apologize. The travel person at the travel desk was the only person we felt was friendly and helpful at the Hotel.

"Nice hotel, great customer service and good food at the restaurant. A bit boring, no activities for the guests at all and would recommend more sanitation in the bathrooms and floors,elevators. This city is very family oriented, so if you are planning on going to clubs, bar ""DO NOT COME HERE"", I found much of nothing to do or see, but water activities. "

"Fiesta Inn is a very comfortable hotel, that has many amenities for U.S. travelers. We liked the Fiesta Kids room where we left our little guy for a couple of hours. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, I highly recommend it to anyone considering it."
