The Fiesta Americana Reforma hotel is very well located....The fact that the bathroom is very old was the only thing i personally did not like...

Excellent gym, great staff very attentive. Hotel is dated; rooms are very old, expensive internet connection. The hotel is in a great location, lots of things to do nearby. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel has an excellent gym, very large. The two problems I had with the hotel are that it is somewhat dated and the rooms look old. The other problem is that internet connection is very expensive at $17 a day.

The room was on the smalish side but clean. The staff was great--from the check in people who let us in the romm at 9 am, to travel agents that helped us tour the city to the restaurant staff. They made my stay is Mexico city very pleasent and not the least overwhelming, although I didn't speak Spanish and drove a car (what I don't suggest to anybody!)

The Fiesta Americana Reforma is well located, has an efficient and friendly staff, an excellent restaurant, good in-room amenities for road warriors' computer work, and is a hotel I would use again. The room and bed was comfortable and well furnished, plenty of closet space, and good lighting.

The hotel was beautiful. However, when you entered the room it smelled like mold. The shower curtain was inadiquet for the type of preasure the showerhead gave off. Water leeked onto the bathroom floor then leading to the carpet which was a bit damped. The beds were EXTREMLY HARD!!! I think the carpeted floor was softer than the beds!

The only complaint was the line to do the check-in. It took over an hour since they did not have enough scheduled personnel at the Front Desk. It was after 9pm on a weekday. Very long line for business travelers arriving late to work the next day. Should prepare better for that.

The staff is very kind. The check in process was to complicated because the system was down I had to wait in the front desk for more than 30 or 40 minutes to be registered. I tried to take a breakfast at the restaurant that was supposed to be open at 6:00 AM and after I waited until 6:00 it was still closed. Because mi flight back I needed to take my taxi at 6:30 AM.
