I had flight problems, arriving a day late and without my suitcase. Concierge maintained communication with me about status from airline. Concierge called driver to take me to mall to purchase business clothes and made sure that same driver picked me up. Concierge wanted me to feel secure as an American female. Location is convenient for business in the financial district. Hotel restaurant had delicious, well-presented contemporary Mexican food - not inexpensive but reasonable for a business hotel. Serving staff was very friendly, explaining specialties. Chili's Restaurant next door offers a moderately priced dinner alternative. Starbucks on the opposite side offers breakfast alternative.

Beautiful high-end hotel. Room menu English translation had huge errors (like an American breakfast where they don't bother to mention that it comes with eggs and bacon). My complaint? Their shameless, senseless rip-offs. The mini-bar was a new experience in highway robbery: Try for a 50cc bottle of Chivas Regal worth about in a liquor store, and only on an airplane. How about USD for a can of Diet Coke with your room service meal? What a shameless hose-down. I'm never going back: They can keep the nice beds, turn-down service, and all.
