We went to this motel expecting to be able to use the hot tub, but of course when we got there the hot tub was closed for renovation. The bottom of the pool was also peeling so it must need renovation as well. The room we were in also had an odd smell of either bacon or patchouli incense. We also thought a continental breakfast was included but there was not one.

The hotel staff was very professional and curteous. They were quick with check in and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The property was in an excellent location and we will definately be staying again next time we are in town.

I stayed here with my fiance over night while we were passing through town to visit family. We had a nice stay, beds were comfortable, room was good size and hotel and grounds were very clean. We will stay again when we are passing through.

The hotel staff was very nice and customer service was good for what they had to offer. Two small pillows on what seemed like a very hard mattress. My hip and back hurt after the second night and glad my stay was over for this hotel. They vacuum the hallways at 8:30am, begin knocking on doors at the same time to see when vacating. We didn't get a tidy the second day, all clothing and personal items were packed away so that couldn't be an excuse. When mentioned to hotel front desk, no offer of discount or apology. Coffee cups are styrofoam. Heating system in room very confusing, upon arrival room was in 50's, so thought we had turned on heat and went to dinner. Apparently heat is a seperate thermostat and a different switch, on opposite wall, must be turned to ON meaning heat. Simple system if explained or notice in room somewhere. This hotel is right off the freeway and noise is evident.

Proximity. Filthy. This motel was in the midst of renovation. Stairway was filthy and room was dark with old and dirty carpeting.

This was a wonderful place to stay while I was in town visiting. The amenities were wonderful and the quality was more than expected for the price.

We had a very pleasant stay, staff was eager to please, even gave us extra pillows, very courteous to whole family. Didn't have any problems at all. Was nice to have the Staff be so friendly.

The breakfast provided was very good. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. All the downstairs rooms at the main part of the motel were in a major upgrade mode and not available. We needed a bottom floor unit and had to use the satellite part of the hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was wonderfully helpful and the hotel was impeccable. The breakfast had a great variety. Thank you for everything!

We were traveling for a family trip and this was the only hotel in Centrailia worth looking at. Unless you need nothing more than a roof over your head, I would suggest you look elsewhere than for a hotel in Centrailia until a new one is built. Chehalis is 2 miles South and has 2 nice hotels including a newer Best Western. STAY THERE. The rooms were dingy, the floors were disgusting, the beds were hard as a rock. If you choose to stay here don't say I didn't warn you.

Good continental breakfast-cereal/e-muffins-OJ-coffee. 1st floor under reconstruction after flooding winter 2009. Convenient to freeway if you don't mind some traffic noise and budget priced, but rooms are very small and baseboard heater slow to warm room in cold weather. Room had small refrigerator & microwave, but no place to conveniently set a suitcase and appliances took up closet area. Internet service functioned well near far end of motel. Needs accurate TV channel menu in rooms. Don't expect a lot and you won't be disappointed.

While we requested and received a non-smoking room, the stench of cigarette smoke in the hall and from the smoking room across the hall from us hung on our clothes and came under the door. They should at least separate the smoking from non-smoking areas. We had to stuff towels under the door to try to keep it out. We never received the additional towles that we rrequested for this purpose and had to use those issued to the room. In addition the place was old, run down, dark, dingy and depressing.

I mainly just slept there, but it was good. Pretty quiet even though it's next to the freeway, which in my case was great because I used it as home base for my trips between there and out to Mossyrock. Easy to get on & off freeway, plus great restaurant across street and Starbucks down the street near the outlets!

The people were very nice. Once the construction is complete it will be nice. Just the heat - and the empty toilet paper role under the bed. Under construction while there - so were in a separate building. The room was bigger, but the wi-fi was not available in that building-bummer. The heat was an issue, but we got back to the room fairly late, with the baby already asleep-so did not bother to call about getting room changed.

Cozy, comfortable, TV, cable, refrigerator, microwave. Contraction at 9:00am, pool and hot tub not operational. I really liked the location and the room was nice, but a little noisy from the street traffic, but it suited my needs perfectly. (just a nice evening away from home).

Perfect for the entertainment we visited in area. Can't think of a thing.

The staff was friendly and helpful! Noise (nest to highway) carpet dirty, smell of cleaner or freshener, no elevator. The staff was friendly, especially the man on night shift. The breakfast was ok and it was close to shopping and eating. Bring your own hairdryer!

The check in man was so friendly. Good for the money, cleaner, softer beds, maybe a coffeemaker in the room.

Quick check in and great location. Lumps in the carpet. Extremely economy.
