Prior to checking in we parked our car and unloaded all of our beach items to catch some time on the sand. After a few hours of swimming and sun bathing we checked into our hotel room and went swimming at the indoor pool! Our kids had a great time! My fiance and I were able to relax & watch our kids play in the pool. Since I am going through buying my first home, I was contacted many times through out my vacation for some last minute details. I was able to use the front desk's fax and complete the necessary documents for settlement. Abbey, the rep at the front desk was very nice and was ready to help! The rooms were great! We had a microwave and refridgerator to save some cash on snacks and such through out the trip! Overall we had a fantastic time!

great motel, great pool and great service

The hotel itself was okay for last-minute booking. The hotel price was much better on-line than by phone or in-person reservations because it was more than * cheaper. I would have been a VERY dissatisfied customer if paying the more expensive rate. The beds were comfortable; clean sheets and towels. There should be an ice bucket available though. The pool needed to be cleaned but the hot tub was nice. Overall, it was an okay stay with the on-line booking convenient and care-free but given a choice in the future I would not stay at this hotel again.

The only thing wrong with the hotel was it was like 8 miles from the boardwalk. Too far to walk in 90 degree weather

i STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR A WEEK AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THE ROOMS NEED MINOR REPARIS, ONE SOPT WHERE WALLPAPER WAS FALLING, OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GREAT STAY

While Staying at the Fenwick Hotel we enjoyed the pool area the most. We also enjoyed the resturant on the upper level in the hotel it was great.

Stood in line for over half an hour to check in because they make everyone check in at same time. My room was nice, my mom's smelled like cat urine. Staff was great!

IT was nice place for the price but they need to put iron in the room it do not look good that you have to call down for a iron and have to go and pick it up to but that what you get for your money have service but it a ok place just need a little work on things

The room is your typical hotel room - no balcony - bathroom was sufficent - It is located south of the boardwalk, close the Delaware line - They updated the indoor pool area geared toward kids - alot of kids running around - we found out that they have a floor with rooms for pets - seemed to alot of them there this weekend- So if you are in a bind for a kennel, it is an option - Overall it was fine - The elevators were very slow but we did enjoy the rooftop rest for breakfast and the bar/lounge area where we could have a cocktail and not worry about driving.

for what we paid a night it was ok, but I would not pay full price for this hotel, the lady at the front desk is rude, the man was nice, but the lady has a attitude problem.

Aggrivating stay from the time we walked through the door: cheerleading convention in town. Many of the kids were running through the halls carrying on as cheerleaders do, playing on the one elevator working, and a dirty room. Carpets were stained, water marks on cieling, peeling paint on walls, dirty sink and stained bed coverings.

Our room was a nice size, it was very clean and it was very quiet. The rooms show their age, but we could not complain about the cleanliness. The hotel is located halfway between Ocean City and Rehobeth beach and was an easy drive to any of the beaches. The restaurant on the top floor had a very good breakfast for a very reasonable price. This is not a resort, but if all you need is a good shower and a place to sleep this works nicely. I would not stay here around senior week!!

The Fenwick Inn is definently not a 4 star hotel. The rooms suffered water damages, you could hardly bathe due to no water pressure, furniture is old and dirty,The pool and sauna was dirty and sandy. That place needs to be updated and renovated.

the fenwick is a wonderful hotel. i have stayed in many hotels over the years for business and for pleasure and the fenwick is one of the best for the money you pay. it has it's faults but if you want to have a great time in ocean city md and not spend all your money on the hotel stay the fenwick is a great value. as i said we love the fenwick!!!

The Fenwick Inn was a good place to stay. I mean it's no 5-6 star hotel but it comfortable. IT's about a block from the beach. THe hotel staff was pleasant at check-inn. I got there before check inn but since my room was available i was able to check in.The pool and hot tub was clean and well kept. they had towels on hand for ypur convenience. It wasn't crowded and for those with children very family friendly with the non smoking policy. For your convenience theres a bar and resturant on the top for your convenience and for those who want to put the children to bed and have a night cap. lOl. whatever extra things needed ex. towels they provided for you.

"Our room was very warm, the air conditioning was terrible. We requested a different room and it was just as hot if not hotter and the fan rattled constantly. The bathrooms need lots of updating. We ended up leaving and finding a new hotel. "

The location of the hotel is great because it is only one short block from the beach. There is parking for free all day. You can even fish off the shore in the morning before 10 am. The only unfortunate thing was a roach when we arrive but he was killed by my wife and we didn't have any more incidents. The hotel desk clerk was alerted about the roach and apologized about the incident and would inform the hotel manager. I hope that this was just an isolated incident. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

"This hotel is old and worn, the rooms smelled and they generally did not feel clean. I would have left if we were staying longer than 1 night."

The Fenwick Inn was a nice hotel. the location to the beach was excellent. Actually you have excess to everything from that location. However, the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The carpets is in desperate need of a cleaning. The water pressure in the bathroom was almost null.

"water damage to ceiling, roaches, sink backed up, dirty, broken refrigerator-all of my food spoiled, electrical shortage in the main outlet-each time the microwave was used the lamp light would go out, carpet badly stained, terrible odor, rooms very outdated, big busted glass picture frame on the elevator, room # missing, lock on bathroom door broken. This was the worse hotel that I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend this hotel to an animal. "
