being at homeIt was our first visit to the Ireland and I am so glad to say we had a wonderful time there but all credit goes to Fels point Hotel and its staff who made us feel at home we enjoyed our stay at fels point hotel thoroughly and I have already recommended it to my friends and family. Great hotelThe staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending where to eat in town. Rooms were immaculate, couldn't fault anything really. Only thing is it's on the outskirts of town, it's only a min or two in the car but would be a bit longer if you were to walk in.

An Excellent hotel very freindly staff from the girl on reception (very helpful) to the bar staff and breakfast staff. Would recommend to either business (freenhigh speed internet) or family travellers. I will certainly use again.

This hotel is only a year old so looks and feels like new. As soon as you walk into the marbled reception area it promises quality and delivers in every aspect. Friendly, efficient staff, beautiful food, spotless well appointed rooms and top notch equipment in the gym all go towards making it one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful Hotel, beautiful bedrooms. Would have liked a more varied menu for Bar food but otherwise everything was great and would def stay there again.

The hotel was very comfortable,clean and staff very friendly. Although quite central , the map provided did not help a lot !! We had to ask directions !They should review their map and maybe state it is near aquadome.

EXCELLENT - brand new hotel - very comfortable room and luxurious bed - well equiped room. Didn't eat in the hotel as we were on a room only rate but did look at the resturant menu for dinner but it was a but fussy for us (but each to their own). Beautiful bar and outside seating area and relaxing seating by the fire. Don't mean to sound negative because the hotel was perfect but they could do with signposting directions to it or putting the road name on its bookings as it took us quite a while to find it but when we did it was very easy to get back to. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Tralee

The hotel is very new (was opened just for a month), but the quality of service is excellent. We stayed only one night, but we enjoyed very nice supper in restaurant downstairs, quick room service and modern and cosy rooms.I will definitely stay there one more time.

You would expect the hotel to be clean as it was only open 3 weeks before I arrived. Having stayed in many hotels in the UK, this was up there with the best for cleanliness and style. Lots of work going on around the place and do not know if there were other facilities or if the food was good. Hey, I was in Ireland after all.
