Good valueCustomer service was good, although it would be nice to have a hand with the luggage since there is no lift service.Bathroom had an unusual smell and some of the sheets had stains on them. There were some technical difficulties with the WI FI but we managed to get it working after a while.Overall, we didn't have much to complain about as it was a last minute booking and we were satisfied with what we paid for.

I rented one of their small studios. Very simply furnished, but ideally located and very quiet. A good way to stay in Nice at a reasonable price. I'd certainly go there again.

short break in NiceThe room was very small, although clean, but the bathroom was extreemly smelly with no extracter fan, although there was a hole for one. Only the main light worked and the tea and coffee facilities were two small plastic cups with a sachet of coffee and a sachet of creamer. My one concern was the lack of fire exits or any infomation on how to get out should there be a fire ,as there was only one small staircase. The location is ideal, and the rooms are well soundproofed.

we stayed in the studio apartment and, with the location only a stone's throw from the beach, with windows overlooking the cobblestoned streets, with pubs, restaurants, gelato places and cafes only 3 steps away, we couldn't be happier. We've already recommended and passed on the info of this establishment to family and friends.

A very pleasant stayIt was a quirky hotel with lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Best of all, the hotel was very central and in amongst the restaurants and shops. And only 2 minutes from the beach. I would recommend it.

Considering location, this hotel was definitely value for money. Only problem was the air conditioning, which was not working very well.

Ecosse TravellerA good central location. Rooms to the back of hotel nice and quiet. Basic rooms very clean, nice comfotable bed. For the price through Laterooms.com it was very good.Only negative, there was no hook for shower head to clip onto. But a great powerful and hot shower. So it was difficult to control and wash at the same time.Would go back again.

This room is in a good location, but it was not tourist season, so they were remodeling and it was so dirty and dusty and moldy smelling. The beds were hard as rocks and the pillows were so old that the foam was splitting, very uncomfortable. We came in, there weren't many rooms full, even though they insisted they were full, they gave us such a tiny room in the back, and then we complained the next day and they gave us a big room, that was in a dark hallway next to the janitor closet with a dusty old cot sitting in the hallway, I couldn't stay in that room, so I told they we would leave and they decided to move us to the front, which was a bit better, but you still had to go through hallways of old molding and drywall, etc that they were replacing stacked along the walls. They should have closed for remodling. I wouldn't stay here, you could spend a few more dollars and have a water view with a balcony. if they aren't full they should give you their nicest room up front and they really need new bedding..awful!
