The Feirs Park Hotel was very comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. They also provide a modern air conditioner and a safebox. Unfortunately, no bidet in the bathroom. The location was very good -- it was really only one long block to the Retiro Station, and 4 blocks from Florida Str. There were restaurants close, as well as a supermarket right across the street. Superb breakfast (from 6:30 to 10:30am).

Location was okay. The staff was unfriendly, not helpful, and the room was horrible. I recommend avoiding this hotel. The women who work at the front desk are surly, rude, and disinterested in helping guests. They sent us to a museum on Monday when all the museums were closed. They could not recommend restaurants and acted inconvenienced when we approached them. The room was disgusting. We moved to the Plaza Marriott where the service was fabulous and the accommodations were lovely. The cost was only $20 more than the Fairs.
