My family and I had an awesome time at this hotel, the room was very nice and we had a wonderful time there! this was only my 2nd time staying there and it is definitely one of the best hotels i've been to.

Just came back from this hotel, stayed in a theme room. It was gross and tiny. The carpets were gross, the bunk bed had old tissue jammed into the bars. The bathroom was not clean, we made our daughter keep her shoes on the whole entire time. In the photos the rooms look like a good size there are the size of a shoe box you can barely move around in them. For the quality and size of the room it was way way to over priced. The super 8 down the road would have been bigger and cleaner!

It was the worst hotel experience that we ever had, and I would NEVER stay there again. No sleep for 3 nights while partiers were loud and very inconsiderate. They were smoking(not only plain cigarettes but the wacky to backy type). The hotel sent up the security 3 nights and it never stopped! When talking to the hotel management, they recommended that we move(3 in morning). Also, they did finally after much heated discussion agree to rebate us one night and half of another night. The ASST MANAGER was very cold, hard nosed, and not very receptive to our concerns. You would have thought that we were the ones causing HIM concern. Never again..............

Just got back from a three night stay at this hotel and are catching up on sleep!!!! I have never had such a bad experience in my life at a hotel! We were kept up from 12:00-4am every night from the slamming of doors to loud music to breathing in cigarette smoke and the best one of all "breathing in drugs". Every night they asked us at around 3:00 in the morning if we would like to change rooms. What....are you kidding me!!!! I'm supposed to get up and pack up my son and all our stuff at that time in the morning while the partiers keep on smoking and having a lovely time!! I DON"T THINK SO!!!! Why should we be put out. We like our room and they should have kicked them out! The management and security are a joke!!!!!!!! In the end.......They did give us one and half nights free. That is after a lot of bitching and they were very nasty as they were doing this. I just don't get it.....we were not the ones smoking or causing problems and they treated us in the end like we were a problem to them. I think our bill should have been charged to the noisy room. I strongly recommend that you stay at another hotel down the street!!! You will probably get a good nights sleep. I have to say that we were happy with our room and our maid was great!

This hotel may have been one of the nicest hotels 20 years ago, but they haven't renovated since! Lights are burnt out, the prices are crazy and the rooms are not as clean as they should be. With so many better options, this hotel should kiss it's status goodbye!

We have stayed in many hotels on our family travels and have never been so disappointed with a stay anywhere. loud fighting next door, we phoned the front desk to let them know and it continued until the early morning hours. When we checked out there was no apology or refund of any kind offered. If you want the location for mall shopping I would strongly recommend one of the nearby hotels that are out there. I know our next visits to Edmonton we will not be staying here.

We loved this room.....we stayed in the Roman theme room......was nice, romantic, clean and just relaxing!!!Though i think that breakfast should be included in the price since it is steep....but would stay here again !!!

I have to admit that the thought of enjoying a nice romantic evening in one of the most world renowned hotel theme rooms with my husband would surely be a wonderful experience; however, I was terribly disappointed in the room itself. Over the past few years I have stayed in the Polynesian room and the Victorian room. Both rooms left much to be desired. The carpets were soaked from previous jacuzzi users, the furniture is old and the beds were highly uncomfortable. The hotel is in serious need of revamping in their "old" theme rooms to fix/repaint broken furniture, repair torn curtains, paint over the numerous wall chips, and to get rid of the musty smell. The price of their theme rooms was incredibly expensive for what we got. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone if you're looking for a wonderful romantic evening.

We could have saved ourselves money because our two sons would have been happy just being in the trucker theme room for the entire time. They loved it and the theme room was definitely the highlight of our family trip!!

This is the greatest hotel my finance and I have ever stayed in. We just got married and will be returning to the Hotel in October for our honeymoon. We did not even consider any other locations when we remembered how great this hotel is.
