I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the accommadation and will return in the future. This complex was very much geared towards families and there appeared to be plenty of opportunities for children to unwind after a hard day at the parks. The staff were all helpful and courteous and appeared to be enjoying their jobs and assisting the guests. The rooms were clean well furnished.

Was there something missing? YES! If you bought park hopper tickets to Disney World, forget it. You can't get there and you can't get back. The hotel describes "free shuttle" to DisneyWorld. We arrived early afternoon. No shuttle at that time. We wasted one day of our tickets (x3) or a total of about $250.00. If you don't go in the morning, you can't get there at all. If you want to come back after lunch, you can't. If you want to stay until the park closes, you can't. We were devastated. Also, shuttle was not free. There was a sign in the window of the shuttle thanking you for your $1.00 per person "tip." I can't emphasize enough how extremely disappointed we were with this service. The room was nice. The employees were nice. The shuttle (Sterling Shuttle Service) was another story. We will never book this kind of vacation again. After working two jobs and waiting 7-1/2 years to go to DisneyWorld, we missed out. Our funds are gone and we can't get them back. A vacation nightmare. Never again.

Liked having a washer and dryer. Liked 2 bedrooms. 2 large roaches. Towel exchange was not convenient. Our family enjoyed having our own rooms. The children each had a twin bed. There were several pools 2 close to where we stayed. It was great to be able to clean our clothes in the comfort of our own condo, and make to our own breakfast. We would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and quiet for family stay. The staff was very nice and friendly. The only inconvenience i had was the shuttle. The hotel provides transportation from the villa to the parks. But the times were very inconvenient for a family stay. There was only a one time to go and a set time to come back. I had stayed at the hotels in Los Angeles where i went for a family vacation. And they provided shuttle. But the shuttle was there every half hour. Very convenient. Never again...

We liked our room and was pleased with the staff. Would stay here again. Not far from disney world. Did not use shuttle service because of the times that it ran to and from parks.Would recommend a rental car and a gps system. Came in very handy. Also visit downtown disney,.

Fast check in and very friendly staff. A very clean and quiet place. Pool was very clean and the place itself was convenient to all local attractions, yet seemed homey and quiet and comfortable.

I loved the resort!!! The villas were clean and the staff was friendly!! Ran into people that have been staying there for several years now, and I believe I will stay there again as well the next time I return to Orlando. We were very close to the Disney Parks as well as several resturants, walmart, target etc. I would recommend Fantasy World Resorts to anyone!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, letting us check in 3 hours early. The units are very nicely furnished and would be very comfortable for 4 people...the advertised 6 might be a little cramped. The price through travel website is excellent. The location is great, very near all the Disney attractions, many restaurants and EZ to the airport. I am thinking of staying here next year for the Atlanta Braves Spring Training!

Lots of space for the family. Heated pool and all the amenities of home. Dated. Also, I did not like having to pull linens off beds, collect towels and take out the trash. We only stayed two days. Spacious two story villa in a beautiful wooded location close to everything in Kissimmee. Loved the heated pool that was in walking distance to our villa. Has all the amenities of home including full kitchen, living room, separate bedrooms and washer/dryer. Unit is older, but well kept and very clean. Could use some updating, but overall a nice place to stay. We would stay again.

Our rooms were exactly as expected, clean, comfortable, quiet and reasonably spacious. Everything worked fine and the furnishings were attractive. The staff was courteous and efficient. We didn't use too many of the amenities; we were busy outside the resort most of the vacation. The shuttles could run more often and to more places, that was our only complaint, but we did have a car available -- our teens went off on their own to an amusement park and had to come home earlier than they would have liked.

We were six, their was enough room for everyone. Everything was very clean and new. We even had hot water for all 6 to take showers. I would recommend any family this location even with small kids it also has a closed in screen porch. The only thing for small children is the stairs to the second floor. Other then that a great stay and no problem with checking in and out. I had to call the hotel on our way home, my son had left is prescription glasses and they took the time and looked for them. I had to call a few times due to house keeping taking long to check. But once they didn't find it the girl from the front desk went to the villa and she found them and is mailing it to me. That's what I call taking her the time and went the extra mile for a customer. Very good customer service.

The entire complex needs to renovated. The ceiling leaked onto my child that was sleeping on the sofa bed. The extra bedding for the sofa bed carried in unpleasant order of not being clean. The matteress were old and worn-out.

The hotel price is good and it is close to convenience store/restaurant. Need to put the big sign of the hotel along the road. One complaint on the bathroom, water in the sink is not releasing fast/ hole in other bathroom window. The hotel was nice and the price is affordable. I will recommend this hotel to my friends/family.

My husband and I just got back from vacation with our three children. At first glance we didn?t think the accommodations were going to be bad although it took 20 minutes to check in, I also did not find the resort staff at the front desk helpful or friendly. (Read on) Our room was clean, but any time someone took a shower the pipes leaked on the sofa so if you were sitting there you had to put up with the dripping. The water was awful, I?m not a plumber but I believe their filtration system needs to be checked. The water smelled and tasted like it came from a nearby swamp. When I made the reservations I didn?t realize it was a time share, day two of our stay we received a phone call and were asked to come to an orientation to find out it was a time share sales pitch. About 30 minutes in I asked my husband to move the sales woman along to this she said ?I?m not sure why I was given renters, I normally work with people who have taken advantage of a special offer we extend for a free stay.? My daughter sent me a text message and the woman said ?The clock stops every time you pick up your phone, I said my children are in a hotel room, I will check on them when they message me. She said ?It?s not my fault your kids are in a hotel room? We left the presentation before the 90 minutes. This morning got even worse, I was entering the pool area the gate to the pool is on a spring loaded hinge I didn?t realize that and it came back and cut the back of my heel open.

No rave reviews here. We didn't expect much and that is exactly what we got. One of the twin beds in the upstairs bedroom was broken, the dishwasher would pull out of the wall when we opened it, the dryer didn't work properly (It took 4 cycles to dry a small load), the baseboards in the living area were rotted out, and the fridge/freezer didn't keep our food cold (our frozen food partially thawed). Also, you do not get clean sheets or towels. This property is a time share and the front desk kept calling us to sit through their presentation which they said took an hour and a half. We finally gave in and attended the presentation. We had to provide them with our IDs and a major credit card which they photocopied. I asked them why they needed our credit card and they told us it was for verification purposes. Our salesman kept telling us there was no pressure but when we told him we simply were not interested, he called the "manager" over. We were offered a lower price but again politely told them it was not something we were interested in. Then someone who claimed they were with the "developer" came over and again, we told her we were not interested and she very RUDELY signed our paper and told us to take it to the front desk. I did get the photocopy of our IDs and credit card back. Two and a half hours later, we were out of there and had to replan our day as it was already close to noon. Since we didn't expect much going in, we were able to laugh about it. Bottom line, wouldn't stay again. I'd rather pay a little more money for a nicer resort.

We're accustomed to cramped, little hotel rooms, so the 2-bedroom townhouse was a real treat. It'll be tough to go back to anything smaller. The location was ideal--close to everything--while not on the main drag, so there was no traffic noise. The pool was open until midnight, and there was some noise there, but it didn't affect us. The main pool was crowded, but it was fun, with a bar and scheduled activities. There were two other pools available in other parts of the sprawling property (which we didn't use). We used the kitchen and laundry a lot. I scored the dining options a "5" even though there was no restaurant or breakfast available on site--better to have your own kitchen and a SuperTarget and restaurants galore nearby. Employees were nice--inflexible when I asked for a late checkout, but that's ok. There are plenty of signs of wear, especially the carpeting, but that's common in any place that's not brand new. I still would consider the townhouse to be clean and well-kept. They will try to sell you a time-share, but all you have to do is say "no" to avoid a presentation that most people wouldn't have time for during a vacation. I would consider it except I only go to Florida once every 10 years. Overall, my family and I were very happy with our experience.

The hotel was in a great location. Very close to Disney and restaurants. However we couldn't check in 10 minutes before check in time at 4. So we had to wait 10 minutes in the car with my restless son before we could check in. The hotel was old and dated. The stairs felt like there was water damage at one time. The front door had one standard hotel lock with no security latch that a typical hotel would have. So it not only represented a security risk but was a safety risk because my son could pull the handle down and the door would open. Were definitely not going to stay there again.
