Very calm & relaxing atmosphere. Perfect weekend getaway. We were able to gamble, rest, & have a nice pizza dinner. The gym was nicely equipped. The pool closes until midnight.. which is awesome for some late night relaxation. Comfy bed. Clean facility. Friendly employees. Bowling alley was family oriented. Arcade area needs improvement. Would definitely go back. :)

First off, we requested late checkout and our request was denied. We went to the club on the 10th floor and stayed until they closed so we wanted more time to sleep and enjoy the ammenities. We couldnt enjoy the pool area! We deciced to go eat at the buffet

This resort has everything you could want. We stayed there with 3 kids and had so much to do there. There is a bowling alley connected to the hotel. The pool is open until midnight. The bands that played in the courtyard, were awesome! The buffet was to die for, the best part was the chocolate fountain with rice krispie treats and strawberries. My kids were in heaven! Only complaint was the room we had with 2 double beds was alittle small for the 5 of us, but it was fine. The casino had every type of slot machine including several Keno machines(which we love), and Bingo too. We will definately be back.

Check-in was at 3pm. I arrived at 2:15, however this hotel did not offer early check-in. The front desk employee was rude and treated me like I was bothering her. I came back at 3pm to check-in to find my rooms were not ready. I was asked to come back 20 minutes later..... One of the rooms smelt and they were both extremely small. In addition, this hotel does not offer late check-outs. They want you out by 11am, not later. Worst hotel ever.

Room was spacious. No spa. It was a casino, so it smelled of one (even with no smoking signs around), but in general it was clean and simple. It was a little expensive for what you get, but overall a positive experience.

Friendly front desk staff. We used room service and it was quick. Food is a bit pricey. Pool is open til midnight, excellent for summer nights. We really enjoyed our stay, and would like to come back some day.

Great hotel, decent food, tons of kids no romance, worst buffet ever, lots of old guest. bad location not recommended for young couple.

Pool was closed during our stay with no notification.. I like this hotel. I've stayed at Fantasy Springs several times, during the Music & Arts Festival and at other times during the year. It's a nice spot to relax by the pool by day and hit the casino by night.

I have stayed in numerous hotels and resorts, including resort casinos over the past year. This was the worst experience I've had. The hotel has a nightclub on the 12th floor, but apparently no insulation. Our first room was on the 8th floor. The pounding from the music was unbearable. It goes on until 2 A.M. I had them switch us to a room at the opposite end of the tower on the 9th floor. Turns out that they ALSO have live bands outside by the pool until after midnight and you can hear it loud and clear on all rooms and floors of the pool side of the hotel. The staff had a very uncaring and matter of fact attitude when I complained. As it was, the new room was smaller and I'm sure less expensive than what I had reserved. So if you plan on staying here on a weekend, request a room on a lower floor on the opposite side from the pool if you want to get any sleep before 2 o"clock in the morning. The restaurants are okay, if a bit spendy. Oh yes, and unlike every other casino I have ever been in, they do NOT give you complementary drinks when you gamble, which I found out AFTER I ordered two drinks. They don't give you any of this info ahead of time, so be sure to ask. And if you'd like a small refrigerator in your room, it's $* per day! We will never stay here again.

If it weren't for the event center i would not have stayed here. as it was, i'm sorry i did. the rooms were small, shabby and noisy. the staff was undermanned and the food selection on site is overpriced. i would NOT recommend the Fantasy Springs Resort. Fantasy Springs needs a reality check.

This hotel had the best water pressure in their showers that I've ever experienced at a hotel. The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The location was perfect for our needs. The room was clean, albeit small for two people. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Reservation was for two queen beds; only one king was available. Same thing happened on the previous stay at this hotel. Room was not cleaned the next day. Mix-up on bill when checking out. Told that credit was sent to Orbitz. Don't expect to get it.

Very helpful staff. Our shower did not work. Hotel was great. Only downfall was the shower did not work and when thought fixed, still didn't work.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very comfortable room, but walls a little thin if there are noisy guests next door. We stayed a couple of weeknights & a Friday, and Friday was the only noisy night. The food at the Pom restaurant was fabulous, and staff everywhere bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. Beautiful pool, free outdoor rock concerts on weekend evenings, ample parking garage. Off the beaten path as it is in Indio on the isolated side of I-10 freeway, but only 15 minutes from El Paseo. I would definitely stay again if the price is right (I got a good buy rate).
