4 Star, Gold and Breakfast Award Winning Fairways is ideally situated on the flat and is close to the sea front. There is easy access to facilities such as the Riviera Centre, Princess Theatre, Torquay's Shopping Centre, the Harbour and the thatched village of Cockington. There is ample, free, car parking on site for all our guests and our wireless internet access is also free. We are open all year, including Christmas, for long or short breaks, weekly or mid-weekly bookings. We welcome couples, singles and those away from home on business. Rooms are available from 2pm on day of arrival. If you are travelling by train or coach we can collect you from the relative station if you let us know your planned arrival time in Torquay. In September 2011 we received the '4 Star Gold Award' by 'enjoyEngland'. This is the second consecutive year we have received this Award and it is in recognition of the facilities we offer as well as the accommodation's cleanliness and the care and attention to detail that we extend to our guests. We are extremely proud to have continued to achieve this Standard. After a good night's sleep, your breakfasts will be freshly prepared for you, using local produce where possible. We make the bread for your toast oursleves. Special dietary needs are catered for. Access: From the flat car park there are two steps up into the entrance conservatory. We have two ground floor bedrooms (the Four Poster and a Family Room, which can be booked as a double), a double and a twin room are up a flight of 13 steps and 2 double bedrooms and a family bedroom are up a further flight of 3 steps. The dining room is a step down from the hallway.
