I used to stay at Fairway Inn. At that time, the room was good except the air conditioning is not cold enough even though we set up low. Anyway, we enjoyed staying there. This time we were assigned to stay at a different room. The carpet, the mirror, and the bathroom's handle door of the room were not good. They exchanged the microwave for me when I told them the microwave did not work. Quick respond. Compared with the previous trips, we saved some money when we stayed there this time. Thanks for the good price.

The room had a musty smell but was fairly clean. Staff was nice but I didn't require any of there assistance after I checked in so I didn't have any need to deal with them. There are other hotels that are located very close that were better.

Handy location between Miami & the Keys, good size room with fridge & microwave. also a good, clean, updated bathroom. Continental breakfast included. plus a fair size pool and premium TV channels make for a good deal. I would stay there again no problem.

Confirming internet prior to check in - no internet once I checked in. No refunds. No sense of urgency to have it corrected. And they didn't. I had come there for work - and I could not. Air conditioning ok if you like the sound of a freight train in your room. I would NEVER stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.

For the money you pay it was worth it. The rooms had a lot of space and were in good condition along with having a fridge and microwave. The down side was after the first night the bed was made but the sheets were not changed. After the second night we left the room around 11:30 that morning and apparently that was late enough to not have the room cleaned at all. The front desk staff need to smile more and be a little more welcoming.

We were staying there before we boarded a cruise the next morning. Something in the room caused my allergies to stir up causing a stuffy nose, which in turn caused us to not be allowed on the cruise due to new percautions surrounding the Swine Flu.

Killed a roach on the nightstand table, and saw little bugs on the bathroom floor. The AC was very noisy and had a rattle. It was cheap, but I'll send a few extra bucks next time to stay somewhere else.

We lost jewelry there. It was either misplaced or stolen. We can't be certain. But when we called they didn't have anything in lost or found. Upsetting!!!

it is not worth saving the $20 to stay at this low grade motel. It looks good but it is dirty and the towels have holes and are very poor grade and the bath needs repair. This was my first and last time at this one, I still like the econolodge at this location best.

It was right off the main road so very hard to miss, the beds were very comfortable, the people were nice and everything was very close by. The lady at the front desk even gave us directions to the theater that was maybe a mile or two away and the chilis right in front of it. Overall it was a very great place to stay for the cheap price.

It was very near the entrance to the Everglades. The room was not fancy at all, but it was quite serviceable.

Ok what to expect from a 1-star hotel. While keeping that in mind it was a very good hotel. The room was clean, all needed equipment was working properly. The wireless internet was working in the room, plenty of towels. However it was the most expensive hotel in our trip (even our 3-star hotel was cheaper and better). But for just a night sleep it is good. The pool looks good however for more than that I wouldn't choose this hotel, its more a motel. However knowing that it was the cheapest hotel in the area.

rooms and location are worn, but acceptable considering the area. Close to the race track at Homestead and reasonable price.

Greta for the price - close to everything(food, shopping, FL Keys). If your destination is Florida Keys - this is the place to stop and rest! Only one thing: far away from nice beach - Miami South Beach and Hollywood -Fort Lauderdale - 1h drive if not taking US1 and paying TOLLS $5 each way.

If you wanna have a pit stop before reaching keywest, this place would be optimal. You cannot expect more amenities but you can have a pleasant stay.

The fairway inn was set back off the main road and made for a very quiet evening. The fridge and microwave were both of good size and worked perfectly.Check in and out was a breeze and everyone at the front desk i dealt with was very friendly.

First room had mold growing on ceiling. Second room was ok. Small room.

Good location to visit the Everglades park or on the road to or from the Keys. Regular Florida motel with low rates with respect to the room and swiimming pool facilities.
