Multi-million dollar renovations to rooms are complete at The Fairmont Kea Lani, Hawaii's only all-suite and villa luxury oceanfront resort! All 413 one-bedroom suites are enhanced with attractive new furniture, top of the line amenities, luxurious linens, HD flat screen TVs and more. The new look for the exclusive 2 and 3-bedroom villas is classic and timeless with thoughtful Hawaiian touches. Elegant quartzite surrounds the three main swimming pools dramatically enhancing the pool areas and giving warmth to the property.

Further enhancements involving the renovation of the the Ko restaurant is planned for this fall, and is scheduled from August 15 - December 16, 2011. Renovation activities are scheduled to take place Mondays - Saturdays between 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. During the renovation, all operations at The Fairmont Kea Lani will continue as normal, with the exception of the limited changes to the restaurant offering noted below.
K restaurant itself will be closed during this period and activity will be screened with tasteful, temporary enclosures. Although the restaurant will be closed, entrees on the K menu will be available at other restaurants. At all times throughout the program there will continue to be one restaurant open for breakfast and lunch, and two restaurants open for dinner. And of course, Caffe Ciao Bakery & Deli and Luana Lounge will remain open and 24-hour in-suite dining will be available.

Hawaii's only all-suite and villa luxury oceanfront resort. One-bedroom suites include a spacious living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with double pedestal sinks, open shower, and deep soaking tub. All suites have large, private lanais (balconies). For a truly unique experience, enjoy a two or three-bedroom villa with full kitchen, BBQ grill and personal plunge pool.

Relax and enjoy ocean breezes by the newly renovated adults-only swimming pool, or the 2 lagoon swimming pools connected via a 140 ft. waterslide. Resort amenities include 4 restaurants, Lobby Bar, Bakery & Deli, Spa Kea Lani, year-round children's program, a full service hair and nail salon, 24-hour fitness center, business center, complimentary transportation within Wailea, wedding services, cultural programs and more.
