Well i stayed in a few resorts around Alberta and British Columbia and elsewhere in Canada and i tell ya Jasper Park Lodge is where i am going to again again and again the sevice they were so polite and room servive the food was hot and delicious they even went out of there way to make my wife a meal not even on the dinner menu it was just a complete fabulous exsperience there we are very satisfied I will share a note from the Guest Book A man goes to heaven he is from NewYork and as he goes through the Peal Gates ST Perter sayswelcome you will be very happy here and another person comes in and St Peter says you are from Pitsburgh you will be very happy here and then a man from Jasper came in and St Peter says I am sorry you will be very dissapointed here as you are from Jasper Sorry

My family of 5 stayed in the lake front cabins in the summer of 2007. Cabins are old, bathrooms tiny, and the price rediculous. for over * per night you'd expect some luxury amenities / surrounding. the accomodation is no better than a holiday inn. The service is mediocre, not bad, but not 4 or 5 star. Jasper itself is gorgeous, but I would definately look for other accom, unless you like being taken for a ride.

The hotel was very relaxing. We all felt spoiled by the time we left. I found the Fairmont very easy to get around. Your staff at the front door were the best. We definitely be back!

Lovely lake location in Jasper but average service and food, modest accomodation and extremely high prices make for a poor combination.

The setting/location of this resort are beautiful and quiet. The bathroom was too small. Two people could not use at same time. Excellent overall.

The attentive and polite attitude of the staff, the location, the level of comfort provided and the location of the hotel. This hotel more than lives up to its reputation. The accommodation was comfortable and clean; the staff without exception made one feel as the most important guest in the hotel and was very efficient and courteous in their interactions. There is no doubt that the Fairmont chain of hotels/resorts is one of the best.

Beautiful location a little off the beaten path. Half of the casual dining area was closed while the other half was packed to capacity.

Good hotel but not good for the price you have to pay for. What you saw on the inter-net is not quiet you are getting into. You can stay at other places in jasper for a half price you pay here. Over priced!
