The Fairmont Washington DC hotel is nice, but I was disappointed with a few aspects of the stay. The staff was very friendly and professional and the rooms were clean. However, my room was next to a room labeled "Private" which was a room the hotel staff used for something I am not quite sure. From early in the morning, until very late at night they were banging around tn there. Also, I went to use the gym and they charge 15 which is SO tacky for a nice hotel. The gym isn't even that great. There are so many choices in DC, I will stay somewhere else next time.

Very luxurious and clean hotel. Very expensive. Watch the * a day for parking that tends to be a surprise. Good location. Restaurants are obscenely expensive so walk to Georgetown or take a drive up Connecticut Ave to chevy Chase for lunch or dinner!!

"The Fairmont had wonderful service, clean rooms, upscale lobby and very comfortable. The spa was nice and the pool was warm, but the kids complained it closed too soon. The hotel is within walking distance of the Metro and great restaurants. It was an ideal location for a spring break trip. The only complaints were the restaurant-lunch was disappointing, but room service was great-and difficulty in cashing a check. We would definitely return for another stay. "

"We really had a good time at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The linen was fresh and crisp. I think I found me a place to stay in DC. However, I wouldnt have breakfast at the bread and chocolate place next door. The service is terrible."

The comfort and luxury of this hotel is Excellent! Service impeccable. Great Dining. Small Spa but service was great.

The room was lovely. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of D.C. sightseeing!
