Very comfortable and central hotel. Enjoyed the easy transfer on the MRT from the airport to City Hall, and directly into the hotel without even having to go outside. Also loved the views of the city from the balcony.

Convenient location -- walking distance or short taxi ride to most places. Very helpful staff. Nice pool. The room was quiet and well done. We will stay at the Fairmont again on our next trip to Singapore. Internet access seemed pricey, but if you join the President Club, it's free.

We where at the Fairmont Singapore when it still was called The Raffles The Plaza. At that time we already where very satisfied. Now it is changed into Fairmont we only can confirm that for us this hotel is one of the best one's in Singapore. If you have a stop over in Singapore we warmly can recomment this hotel for it's more than outstanding service, good pricing, great location and friendly staff.

"First stay was in the North Tower. The plumbing needs to be fixed. The rooms are spatious and modern. South Tower is newer and very nice. Loads of restaurants downstairs, nice pools. The Lounge offers free champagne and appetizers ever day from 5 to 8PM, which is very nice when on business. Very cetrally located. Super-friendly staff. Overall a great experience, and great value for money."
