We were pleased with the clean room and reasonable price. Our room was on the small side, but perfectly fine for our needs. The lobby, pool, and amenities were just what we had hoped. Unfortunately, we found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Perhaps they were just having a bad day, but they were rude enough that we will find another place to stay on our next trip through.

The location was key. Some of the hotel staff were unfriendly. The hotel was very clean, the whirlpool was therapeutic and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of the location.

I stayed here while on business in NW Indy. PROS: Easy location to get to, easy check-in, clean updated rooms & bath, comfortable beds with clean, light colored covers instead of floral, quilted bedspreads, good selections at The Market for afterhours snacks, breakfast area was clean & well stocked. CONS: I could hear every foot step of the room above me in the morning...I'm assuming it was a heavy footed guest. I personally felt very safe in the hotel and parking lot but the car parked next to me was broken into...don't leave anything visible! I would stay here again if visiting this area.

We stayed here the Friday before the Indy 500 and feel lucky to have secured a hotel room the morning of our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were extra nice and spacious. We had a handicapped room since few were available and found it spacious and clean.

The staff was the most friendly I have EVER experienced in years of travel. Wonderful! From check in to checkout, the staff was the most cheerful, polite, and friendly I have EVER experienced in 50 years of travel. The facility was also clean, fresh, and top notch. A very nice brunch in the morning was an added bonus. A great experience, but I keep going back to how wonderful the staff were to make our stay nice.

Rooms were clean. We were directly above the pool and the noise echoed. Otherwise would stay again. Location was perfect.

The full breakfast, friendly staff, and well color coordinated room. The slow elevator. This hotel was well located and the room was clean and well color coordinated in design. The layout of the hotel was well done. Our stay overall exceeded expectations. We were very happy!

The location. The smell of the room. The hotel is in a great location, near a strip mall. Just up the road one can find Target, Best Buy, Wal-Mart and many other stores that one would find in there own city or town. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was a nice place to stay.

Continental breakfast was very nice. Location also very nice. Pool closed early! Very nice and clean hotel. Had a nice continental breakfast. And even a newspaper. Rooms were nice and clean with nice decor.

The front desk lady who works afternoon/evening is AMAZING! Room was smoky. We sprayed Febreeze and it was fine. The lady at the front made me feel so welcomed. Best part of the stay.

Access of juice and coffee after hours with door key. Bath tub hazardously slippery. We had to leave without bathing in the morning due to hazardous tub.

Everything was neat and clean. When checking in, we were told breakfast was until 10:00 am, then Monday we missed breakfast because everything was put away by 9:00 am. Everything was good, except for the fact that we missed breakfast on Monday because when we checked in we were told breakfast was until 10:00 am (and it was on Friday and Saturday), then Monday everything for breakfast was put away by 9:00 am.

Easy access to major highways. Initially put in a smoking room without being told. We were switched to a non-smoking with ease, but found it odd to be placed in smoking room first.

The free breakfast was a great perk - we have 7 kids, they all loved it. The ventilation in the pool area was inadequate. This was a great family hotel and right next to the hospital we needed to be at.

It had a nice indoor pool. The coffee pot in the room did not have a glass pot to make coffee in. My wife and I take about 3 or 4 weekend vacations a year. We liked our stay. It was clean and the staff met our every need. They had a great continental breakfast. The location was near several new restaurants and new stores. Yes, we would recommend this hotel to any business traveler or for a weekend getaway.

That it was in a part of town that has recently had a lot of business construction. It was not up to Marriott standards. It was okay overall.
