Hotel was used just as an overnight stay while traveling on vacation, but was very accomodating for that purpose.

The staff was very accommodating helped us with an early check in very friendly and clean.

My husband and I booked two rooms...one for our family and one for our senior-adult mothers. I can't say enough about the management. They were so accommodating, especially to our mothers. During our stay they had a "Meet the Managers" cocktail hour. My family was going out to a ball game. Our mothers stayed home. The next day our mothers were raving about how wonderful the staff treated them. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. We remarked how hard it is to get staff aboard on professionalism. This staff was professional!

This hotel was a little disappointing. The ice machine didn't work on the 3rd floor and only one of the two elevators was in operation. The stairwell was inconvenient, as an alternative and the desk chair in our room had a terrible spot. The lobby was cramped and the breakfast room was short of chairs when we ate. The breakfast buffet was fine, but the lack of chairs spoiled the event.

The proximity to the turnpike and plenty of places to eat out within a mile range. Sometimes, I experienced a dampness in the room. I think on the floor that was above the pool. Great for business travelers. Very comfortable and very clean room!Staff not super friendly; however, seemed to be very professional. The free breakfast was fabulous. I wish that I had had more time to enjoy it, but I was enroute to an early business meeting.

this place is a nightmare. they don't clean the rooms, the machines downstairs don't work they won't give you a blanket for the cold evenings and the worst thing is when you complain, they refuse to listen to you and give you a false number for the hotel manager. This place is a dump.

This was an adequate place to stay--nothing fancy, just clean and good location. We were traveing from Tn. to Ct. Didn't spend much time in the hotel, so this as all we needed.

Very clean. Elevators seemed slow. Overall very clean. Staff was friendly.

Older property showing a bit of wear and tear, but clean. Fitness center had a poor treadmill (home model-narrow, hard impact), a bike, and an elliptical in a tiny room. Ventilation provided by an oscillating fan; had to cut workout short because just too stuffy and sweaty. Despite that disappointment, overall good value for the price. Friendly staff.

Quite, clean, and relatively cheap. Ventilation is not very good. windows cannot be opened. This is the ideal place to stay near Philly if you have a car. The room and facilities are better than some top hotels in downtown Philly. The only problem I have is the ventilation. Windows in the room cannot be opened. And some unpleasant smell in the aisle. Overall, this is a good hotel and it worth's every penny you pay.

I only came to the Fairview Inn in Mt. Laurel because the initial plans for my son's 8th birthday celebration were cancelled. So as you can imagine, I needed to come up with something that he would enjoy as much or more than what he had his heart set on. He loves hotels with hot tubs and pools so your location was in the top ranking. It was also close to the place that I wanted to take him on Sunday after we checked out. The staff was wonderful, and I really enjoyed the area of the hotel. It was easy to find and close to many restarunts and shopping plazas that we enjoyed while we were there. My little boys eyes were lit up all weekend and for days and weeks following our stay. He repeatedly share with me these comforting words: Mom, this was the best birthday EVER-thanks!

Fantastic free breakfast Beds were a little hard. Exceptional value. Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Convenient location. Comfortable bed and pillow. Restaurant, Whole Foods in area. Great choice! Fairfield Hotel was the right choice and the right price. It was easy to access from my point of intent. Pool facility was tempting, but no time to use it. Shower stall and toilet are divided from the sink and mirror; just one of the features I appreciated about the hotel. I try to bring my own pillows when I travel, but since I forgot it, I was forced to use theirs. Much to my surprise, it was very comfortable. I slept like a baby and didn't have to fight with the pillow all night!

Great hotel, Period! Not a Thing! Enjoyed my stay here again. Nice staff, nice hotel!

The room was nice, and the patio area outside my room was great. VERY difficult to locate. Took me over an hour to find and only one local I met knew about it. While difficult to find and in an isolated area in terms of activity, it was a good site to just relax and unwind from my day's travel and sight-seeing. Just wished there was more to do on the site itself.

Big room with Free High Speed wireless internet service. Did not have any Non-Smoking rooms left when I arrived. Hotel was great. Location perfect. Superior deluxe breakfast in the morning a bonus. When we arrived, they were out of Non-Smoking rooms. Therefore, we had to stay in a smoking room. Which I truly do not like.

Right off the Turnpike, good quality for such a low price. Facilities are aging, area has little to offer, commute to Philly is not convenient. Hotels in Cherry Hill and Mount Laurel, NJ, are often advertised as "convenient" to the Philadelphia area. However, it can often take 45 minutes or more to reach the city. If you want to be close to Philly, stay in a Philly hotel. That said, the Fairfield Inn is a cheap alternative if you're willing to drive a little further and pay $10 each day in turnpike and bridge tolls for the commute. The hotel is aging, and lacks the amenities (like conditioner or washclothes) that I expect from nicer hotels. But the rooms are comfortable and the hotel offer free high speed internet, parking, and breakfast.

Very professional -our first room had an AC leak and they immediately moved us across the hall and apologized. The AC in our room was so noisy I couldn't sleep - spent the night reading in the lobby. Excellent staff, great location, terrific deluxe continental breakfast, kids loved the pool. All around great deal for the price.

Clean, complimentary breakfast, complimentary parking. Loud noise during night in adjacent room and on hallway.
