After having issues at the airport during my trip, it was nice to have a comfortable quiet room to relax in and this hotel was perfect for that.

We have stayed before and always been happy with staff and accommodations. Front entrance a little hard to find of the main street. Staff was friendly and accommodating, parking was easy, rooms very clean and beds comfortable. It is close to a freeway, but you would never know it. Rooms were quiet. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Offered two double beds for my reservation for 5 people. After some coersion, reluctantly agreed to give us their "two room suite" which consisted of two double beds and a pull out couch. At 3:00 in the morning, it took 25 minutes to get us checked in and a key made. The worst part was the room itself... worn carpeting obviously not vaccumed in a while, thin course sheets and a comforter that would barely pass as a blanket. The pull out sofa bed had not pillows, sheets or blankets which required another 15 minutes delay before finally showing up with them. Consider paying more if you have to just to avoid this place...

Hotel was easily accessable, not too far from the freeway, and the chocolate chip cookies looked great at check-in. Don't wait long though as they were gone by evening.

The environment was "safe". No complaints. It was very close to the new Mexico university pit, we were there attending the gathering of Nations.

I have stayed at other hotels in Albuquerque but stay at the Fairfield on Menaul if they have a vacancy. It is handy for my needs, it is clean and I like the personnel. The price is good for the value you get at this hotel.

The area it was in. I had left my running shoes there and it was never turned in. I had a good stay until I discovered that I had left my running shoes there and I called back the next afternoon when I was 6 hrs away, the employee that cleaned the room didn't have the respect to turn them in.

The hotel was clean. The sink was stopped up. When we got to our room, the sink was stopped up, we called the front desk, they were going to send maintenance, nobody came to fix it, there were four of us in the room, not a good morning trying to get dressed.

The beds were comfortable. The cont breakfast had a good selection. The water line break- wet floors, Power outage. Not enough tables at breakfast. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The lobby was clean. Staff were friendly. There is a sign that says to leave your towels in the room, there were pool towels located at the pool. I took my kids swimming, there were no towels. The walk from the pool- then outside to access the entrance into the hotel was cold to say the least. The last night of our stay, there was a water main break in the ceiling just outside the room at 2am. They didn't call to warn us or try to relocate us. The floors in the room and hall were wet. My luggage and the socks I was wearing were soaked. I had to listen to water spashing and workers talking and laughing loudly instead of sleeping. At 8am my AC/heater was off- smelled like it was burning. 20 minutes later the power went off. I was glad I was checking out.

Excellent bedding clean room and good breakfast. A little hard to get to from east bound I-40. Nice, clean, room with excellent bedding. Great complimentary continental breakfast. Staff was helpful in recommending good dining choices.
