The hotel was very clean and accessible to entertainment. I was very impress with the hotel staff, the continental breakfast and overall appearance. I would recommend and stay in this hotel again.

I stayedd in Fairfield Inn in Ft Worth and now in Tyler and I will try to stay in these hotels everywhere I go! They have the best beds and are for the most part very quiet. They may be a little on the pricy side of value or economy lodging but well worth it!!

Clean, comfortable, modern, excellent service. A leak started overhead in the bathroom. Great hotel. They had a leakage problem in my bathroom, but when I told them about it they called service repair immediately. I'm sure it was attended to right after I left.
Date of Stay:
March, 2007
The hotel is non-smoking and the rooms are clean and fresh, The bed and pillows are the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a hotel. The breakfast wasn't just coffee and donuts. Large variety to chose from. The noise level was very low and we slept great.Location was good too.

Breakfast. Beds were outdated had to switch rooms, twice. Employees very rude. Called us at 7:30a.m. if we were going to stay when check-out is not till 11:00 and then locked us out of the room at 8:00a.m. Next room air-conditioner quit working and they did not want to move us to another room it was very hot and humid in Tyler during our stay, Unfriendly and did not want to accommodate because we used priceline.

Bed linens and pillows were awesome! Room was very clean. Carpet looked brand new. Breakfast was above average. Bigger area to eat breakfast with more tables. The hotel staff was very helpful and the room itself was very clean. The bed lines were fresh and crystal white. The carpet looked like it was brand new - I even walked around without socks on. The pool is located inside so that may be a drawback for summer time if you are looking to get a tan. The breakfast had a lot of items to choose from, even hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal and homemade waffles. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave.

Nice staff, clean facility, andconvenient to in-town travel. Nice staff group. Clean facility. Convenient to in-town travel during my stay. No downsides.

Location. Rooms were smelly, dirty, and dated. The room smelled of smoke in a 100% non smoking hotel. The room was not as clean as I would prefer and a few things were broken. Also, the tub was dingy looking. The staff was less than friendly, parking is limited, and the pool area photos much nicer than it is.

Parking. Staff was courteous especially when they found out we were in a bereavement state hotel clean, comfortable, adequate for all our need.

Overall it was a solid average hotel.

Great pool and hot tub, great breakfast. Loud buzzing noise probably from Hydronic heating system, every 20 minutes or so all night. Generally, a great hotel, good linens and comfortable beds, clean fresh room. Breakfast was amazingly sumptuous and plentiful. Location was good and close to nice restaurants.

Clean, comfortable beds and nice big hot tub. Pool was only 3 feet deep not much fun. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, would stay there again and no problem.
