The staff is very friendly and interested in making our stay comfortable. They contacted us to see if we had everything we needed. It's handy in that it's located right off I 205 and near the shopping center and several restaurants. We stayed 4 days and it would have been more comfortable to have an arm chair in our room which is better for sitting and reading the newspaper or a book. One thing, I told the staff this last visit was that the drain in the bathroom drained very slow and obviously needed immediate attention.When one ran water in the sink it stayed there quite a while while it drained out. However, we like the facility and we'll stay there again.

Our experience at the Fairfield Inn in Tracy was a pleasant surprise. The staff greeted us as soon as we entered and were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and you can see that cleanliness is a high priority throughout the facility. It is located conveniently close to great shopping and dining. We would not hesitate to recommend or stay at the Fairfield Inn again. They really know how to make you feel welcome!

it's very good and price is very reasonable. Almost none. Very good. I would highly recommend it to everybody and would consider staying in the same hotel in different cities.

The Fairfield hotel was the greatest bargain. You get wonderful service, free breakfast and newspaper, in-door swimming pool, and located next to an outdoor mall. There is easy access to the freeways too. There are some really good restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and the location was good. Not easy to find. Need better signage. We went there for a baby shower in Tracy and we needed a place to stay. We picked this hotel because it was close to the home we needed to go to. When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly smile and courteous staff. Our room was a 2 queen bed so it was plenty roomy for the two of us. It was clean and nicely appointed. A nice desk with chair, extra chair and TV cabinet. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice rooms and very helpful staff. Nothing. This hotel has everything you want.The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice. Free internet and breakfast. I would definitely recommend to others.

The room was large and comfortable, staff wasfriendly. The bed was very soft. My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel. We will definitely stay there on our next trip. The staff was super friendly, yet professional. The room was perfect.

Clean and attractive. They accidently ran my card for the deposit 5 times. Overall was a great stay. Pool and spa was indoor and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, cleanliness, complementary breakfast, soft bed. In room coffee pot would not work second day. Perfect location outside of the bay area to stay for our leisure/business trip. A short 45 minutes took us into the bay area. The bed was made with fitted bottom sheets that did not come loose when you slept! There was also a cozy comforter. Everything was pristine in cleanliness. Complementary cookies in the lobby in the middle of the day with available coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. A very enjoyable stay. We plan to return here.

Clean, good cont. Breakfast, friendly staff and late checkout! Nothing. Great value because the breakfast included waffles and it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and they accommodated our late check-in with a late check out!

I love Florida, she's a true professional! There were no lamps in my room and the clock radio was not working or plugged in. It is always my choice when I stay in Tracy!

It was close to where we wanted to be. Two years ago we got this hotel for $49 and this year we had to pay $74. It is a small hotel. We like it because it is close to the area where we want to be. But I didn't like the fact that we had to pay nearly $30.00 more this year than 2 years ago.

Location was great. Poor service. Phone in room never worked. the front desk said they were going to repair, but never did. They failed on waking me up on time for work. Also room smelled and had bugs in it.

Very clean and great location next to shopping and restaurants the indoor pool was green and closed which was a shame because it was a hundred degrees out I was very pleased with this hotel...it exceeded my expectations. The bed and pillows were very comfy!

Location is near the freeway, shopping center, restaurants, gas station, clean beyond my expectations and a great continental breakfast. Great staff . None that stood out, the positives far outweighs the negatives The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the freeway, food, shopping mall and fuel. The rooms were spacious and well supplied with toiletries. Oh, the TV needs adjustment and maids were cordial. Would I stay at this hotel again, definitely yes. Even parking is very convenient, short walk to the lobby and no parking fee like other hotels.
