Good highway access, clean, met our needs at a good price. The breakfast area needed to be vacuumed. Good highway access, clean, met our needs at a good price.

It was very nice. The cable was out at night because of nearby construction. We stayed at this hotel one night while traveling south. It was a surprisingly nice hotel. The room was modern, the linens were cris, and the staff was nice. We'd definitely stay here again.

It was clean. I was disappointed that I was unable to change rooms - I thought I was getting a room with 2 queen beds.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Liked everything. Easy access very large and quiet rooms, excellent staff from check in to cleaning to maintenance. Hotel kept in very good shape from outside to inside would stay here again.

More than I could have imagined for the money.

Right in the mix of things. Great location. Pool broken, second time this happened smell of smoke from staff members. The Fairfield is one of those hotels that sort of tries to be a step up but fails. Part of the problem is staffing, part the problem with the pool. No chair in room, something that is expected in a better than average inn. Good breakfast, though, and the lobby did provide an internet ready computer.

Very clean, friendly staff and good continental breakfast. Was centrally located to almost all restaurants/stores; however, a little awkward maneuvering in and out of the parking lot.

Location. Uncomfortable beds. Clean and adequate. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Free parking, food, internet. Very clean room. free parking. Free internet. Free breakfast. Shower had good water flow. Bed was good.

Beds and pillows. No home baked cookies. The road sign to get to the hotel was very misleading. We had to spend extra time driving around to get to the hotel.

I enjoyed all the staff. They were all friendly even the guys working on the floor. Great environment! I thought that the pillows were hard but that was no big deal since nothing is like home. As soon as I walked in to check in, there were these guys working on the floor. They apologized right away and said, 'Hi' to me. I told them I was more worried about being in their way and they told me it was no problem. The front desk guy was also very nice when he checked me in. He told me where to go and what was located where. The room was nice and clean and definitely worth the price.

Convenient hotel and facilities. It's hard to be the early morning staff during the week, but they were somewhat curt. I wish I actually had the time to enjoy some of the features that the hotel offered other than the wonderful beds. I will have to mention that that was one of the better rests that I've had in a hotel bed. I understand that food is going up quite a bit, but the breakfast seemed sparse. Then again, I didn't even have the time to really browse through the breakfast area, so I likely missed the good stuff. Overall, it was very good but I would have wanted a bit more time to actually enjoy a couple of the perks.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast choices were limited. Front desk staff doing double duty on breakfast bar - not always well! This is an older Fairfield Inn - the bathrooms are ready for some updating. However, it more than suited our needs as a stopover in a 1000 mile drive. Clean, friendly staff, good location. Beds were a little soft and the pillows were a little firm, so be aware.

My only complaint at this motel is upon our arrival at approx 3:45, our room had not been cleaned yet. (Check in was supposed to be 3:00). But the staff was very helpful and found us different room very quickly. We had to wait only approximately 5 minutes.

The continental breakfast was generous with excellent variety. The room contained only one bed for three people. The hotel is not pet friendly and the puppy had to sleep out in the car with one adult. The night time clerk was not experienced. He was unfriendly and did not understand that Andrew on the reservation, Andrew on the credit card and signing in as AJ were all the same person. This hotel was relatively convenient for a traveler. We would not stay there again.

Friendly helpful staff, clean practical facility, great breakfast service. The practice of having large groups of birthday overnight guests running halls/stairs late. This family friendly hotel had everything necessary for a relaxing comfortable stay. Do request not to have the rooms next to the stair wells or pool as they were noisy due to party kids after hours, however staff was very responsive and it did improve eventually.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. We had children running the stairs next to the room and that was noisy in the evening and then again in the morning. I was very pleased with the room and the check in service. I did not use the other facilities, nor did I take advantage of the continental breakfast so I can not comment on those items.

The comfort of the beds including multiple pillows. Enjoyed everything. Would enjoy staying at this hotel again! The staff is friendly and the room is very comfortable.

Everything about the hotel was very good, especially the continental breakfast! My husband and I travel frequently for business and this hotel was great. We would definitely stay again.
