Clean room and quiet location. Very basic breakfast. Normal cookie cutter hotel.

The hotel has many of the qualities I value, comfortable beds, great staff and service and no fuss check in and check out. That being said, there were some repairs being done to the facilities during my stay, such as fixing the pool heater and some repair work on some of the rooms and hallways. When looking for a place to grab a bite to eat or go shopping the staff was very helpful, getting phone numbers and addresses and well as directions.

Very roomy, newer furnishings and bedding, good breakfast. Inexperienced staff. Beautiful, clean hotel. Easy access to I-5, but not too close to the freeway. I would definitely stay there again, but would be very specific in asking about how quiet the room would be. The front desk employee offered to move us but we had already paid $11 dollars for a movie on TV. They need to train their employees better to avoid this type of situation.

This place was pretty good overall. The staff were nice, the hotel was clean and it was in a nice location. However, there were some cons. The pool was small (yet practical for a 56 room hotel), there was only an exercise bike and a treadmill in the so called "excercise room," and there were no places where you could have lunch or dinner without leaving the hotel (yet there were places nearby).

Great cookies, hot tub, pool, comfty bed, smoke free, lovely staff, wonderful breakfast, great price, new , clean. It is too far from Plattsburgh NY, but it was great seeing our daughter and son-in-law and hiking and touring vineyards and it was warm, not -25degrees. My husband and son and I flew to Oakland and drove to Ukiah to spend the holidays with our daughter. The hotel was so nice and friendly and close to everything in this small city. It had nice furniture in the dining room and we received a newspaper everyday. The lobby always had new reading material on things to do in the area. We were always alone in the pool and hot tub and it was so rewarding after a day of hiking the beautiful coastal range mountains. Thank you for the good deal and making it possible to go and stay in Ukiah at the Fairfied.

Staff seemed accommodating with check-in variables. Nothing. The breakfast was very good, even though it was serve yourself. The room smelled good, the beds seemed clean, and the air conditioning worked. For what I wanted (a simple overnight stay), it couldn't have been better.

Clean, comfortable and good breakfast plus friendly staff. Hotel was clean, good mattress and pillows, great breakfast, easy access to highway and friendly staff.

Excellent continential breakfast, very clean room, nice staff. Nothing to report. This is a very clean modern hotel and I have no complaints. Great for myself, my wife and my six year old daughter.

Very nice bedding - felt like a higher thread count than normal. Good mattress & excellent free breakfast too! The shower has a curved rod and so the curtain does not stay in place and water gets all over the floor. Good soft mattress, nice bed linens - very soft. There is an excellent continental breakfast included in the price of the room with lots of food choices. The room was quiet and very dark. We slept well.
