The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The hot tub was non-jetted. We were pleasantly surprised with an up-grade to a suite, that was very comfortable and spacious!

The suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub in the room with the pool did not look clean. 5 people in my family stayed in a suite that consisted of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room area and a kitchen. The kitchen was equipped with a stove, refrigerator,and microwave. Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and free continental breakfast was provided. I would recommend it highly.

Stayed here for one night. Came a day early and could not get into the Springhill Suites until the next day. What a mistake. Room cost was the same as Springhill, room half the size. WEAR SHOES IN ROOM. Socks And feet where BLACK from dirt. Pool was nice, large hot tub was converted to a wading pool. Pool deck was VERY, VERY, DIRTY and SLIPPERY. Nearest restroom to the pool was on other side of the Hotel. Not up to par for a Marriot Property Go to the Springhill Suites or Hampton Inn. NASTY Do not be fooled by outside appearence

Breakfast. The bathroom was dirty! There was hair from 2 different ethics group on the faucet, showers, etc. Everything besides the cleanliness of the bathroom was fine. The bathroom have bootprints left on the floor. There was 2 different people's hair in the shower and some even on the sink faucet. So gross! It makes me wonder how well the toilet seats are cleaned or the beds.

hotel clean and very close to williamsburg, james town, york town, and bush gardens. One of the cleanest rooms i ever stayed in. free breakfast ok, ran out of some of the food though. over all it's a good deal and i would stay there again.

The room was spacious enough to bring our Christmas present purchases into the room and wrap them before we went home. There wasn't anything I didn't like. For a pre-Christmas shopping trip, this hotel was great. From the spacious room to wrap presents to the indoor pool to relax in after a long day of shopping. The complimentary coffee/tea service and the computer access were also convenient for our needs. We'll definitely be staying again next year.

Our guaranteed king sized non-smoking room was non-existent and the staff was uncooperative and un apologetic about the mix up. We looked at the room but decided not to stay there and checked right back out within the first 15 minutes.

Very close to my seminar venue and close to shops and outlet mall. The receptionist was a little less accommodating. Nice hotel, clean rooms and conveniently located.

The staff was very friendly; the lobby lounge wasvery comfortable. This hotel was central to attractions and restaurants in the Williamsburg area. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

"We stayed at this hotel in 2005 and was not happy; however we decided to give the hotel another try and we were very surprised how much it changed in one year! The room we had was completely remodeled and the new bedding is so comfortable. There were five of us in the room and we all had nice hot showers. Staff was extremely helpful; when we had a problem with our bill, it was straightened out while I waited. The breakfast buffet was very busy, but anything that ran out was promptly replaced if you requested it from the staff. "

Nice breakfast variety. Common areas very dirty during cleaning hours. We arrived at 2:30 AM to check in and had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone noticed we were at the front desk. Desk staff was not friendly. On the way to our room we had to pass a number of piles of trash, dirty towels ant other mess left out by the cleaning crew while they were in progress. Room itself was average, nothing special. Parking was very tight, especially when we arrived back late in the evening. Breakfast in the morning had a great variety and a nice large room for eating. Check out was moderately quick and staff was more friendly.

"20 minutes I spent at the front desk because my guaranteed ""non-smoking"" room was gone. Woman at front desk was not friendly at all and once we got our room, smelled musty. Parking was horrible and the breakfast was ok - I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to others - "

Very clean, very comfortable beds, location, good continental breakfast. Didn't seem like there was enough parking. This hotel was wonderful overall. It wasn't far at all from Busch Gardens and the beds were super comfortable to pass out in after a day there! The room and all the facilities were very clean and the pool area looked great, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it. The bathroom was roomy and clean with plenty of counter space and there was a hairdryer and everything. There was a closet in the room and free internet and TV so the room basically had everything, the only thing they didn't have was a micro fridge and microwave which the fridge would've been nice to keep drinks in and stuff. The continental breakfast area was large and had a good variety of food, it was very nice. The staff overall was great, one person was not very friendly but it wasn't bad or anything. The parking lot seemed very crowded and hard to find a space but I guess that's expected. Overall this hotel was an awesome and I would definitely stay there again!

We just returned from a great visit to Virginia. This hotel was in the perfect location. It was clean and our family felt safe there. The pool and spa met our expectations. My son had a great time in the fitness room. The continental breakfast was sufficient but could use a few more fresh fruit variety's. Overall it was a good experince.

"We stayed Thursday night through Sunday morning. The front desk was helpful, but this hotel lost my business on Saturday. We left to go tour the city around 9am and came back after dark. After cleaning the room, the maids left our door open ALL DAY! Luckily nothing was stolen, but my laptop and all our belongings were in plain sight. HORRIBLE!"

The location, period. After check in, the room had no soap or shampoo, the television had poor reception. I had to get the key rescanned 3 times. I was disappointed with the Fairfield. From the lack of soap and shampoo in the room to the having to get the key rescanned on three occasions. Also, the free breakfast was not ready at 7:00AM as posted. There were several items either still locked up or missing. I would not recommend this hotel.
