Breakfast bar and shuttle to downtown Swimming pool was very small and the parking fee was unneccesary Very nice hotel with good ammenities,very good price and friendly staff. Shuttle was always ready and even offered bottled water! We enjoyed the hot breakfast very much and would highly reccomend this Marriot to everyone.

The hotel was very modern and clean. I did not like the shuttle. The hotel was great in everything but the shuttle. The shuttle was terrible. We took it into town. To get back, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our hourly shuttle before getting on the shuttle of a neighboring hotel. We called the front desk many times to no avail. I confronted the desk person upon our return, and he said the shuttle was there and he wasn't sure how we could miss it. When you're sitting at a bus stop for an hour and 45 minutes, you do somehow glance over your bus. I would not recommend this hotel based on the shuttle service and the friendliness of the front desk staff.

We actually went to DC for a long weekend and we stayed at Fairfield by Marriot for 2 nights (weekends). During our stay in the hotel, the room was clean and the restrooms are well maintained. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast was good.

Cleanliness, modern, excellent continental breakfast. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly. The only problem that I experienced was an added $10.00/night parking charge per vehicle.

Easy internet access with good connection speed. The Fairfield Inn was clean and convenient to the Washington, DC region. This hotel has very new fixtures, an adequate complimentary breakfast and a friendly front desk staff.

Beautiful decor/vivid colors. Fairfield Marriott suites is centrally located on New York Ave within a few min from all the happenings on Capital Hill, and many spots of interest. The free shuttle provided amazing services to and from the train stations, and metro lines. Very please with the friendly driver.

Friendly staff. Felt that water of swimming pool not changed from couple of days. This is a very good hotel, staff was very friendly with guests. Room service was good. Suggestion, In every room there should be a list of all items available at front desk. Water of swimming pool should be changed frequently and it should be warm in winter.
