Stayed at this hotel and couldn't have been happier. Everything is brand new and I felt as though I was the first person sleeping in this particular room/bed. Contemporary design with lots of bright colors and a great complimentary breakfast. The location was good as it was right across the street from the Turning Stone Casino! The pool is pretty much the size that you find at most hotels ( I saw the last person's comment on pool size) as I'm sure its not meant for pool parties. The staff was the friendliest staff that I've come across in a long time of travelling. Would stay there again for sure!

When we arrived there was still construction going on. It's right accross the street from the dirtiest trailerpark. We walked into the lounge and we're not greeted properly. They just starred at us until we said we want to check in. (as if it wasn't obvious by the luggage we were carrying). The rep then asked for our ID and a credit card. I told her that the room was already prepaid for so this should just be for incidentals. She said yes, she saw that the room was prepaid and just needed the card for incidentals. We received our room key and went in the elevador. I've never been so scared in an elevator! This thing shook, and made so much noise! (this was a new hotel!) We made our way towards our room and noticed the awful looking carpet! Our room was small, the bathroom had 1 roll of TP. There was no vent in the bathroom either. The room had two tv's but when you changed the channel on one, the other one changed too. There was no other customers on our floor, so management decided to stay at the room right next to ours. The were very nosey I could hear everything they said and I'm sure they could hear us. The temp in the room was nuts if we put it down to 71 then the person next to the fan, froze, if we put it too high they melted. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. The pool is about the size of a hot-tub. They ended up charging me again for the room, and when we told managment about the elevator he said "yah I know is a little off cilter" if you know then why don't you fix it!!!!
