Complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Affordable. Located on I-75, so navigating the area wasn't too difficult. Little far from most attractions. 45 minute to hour drive. Overall cleanliness, enjoyable staff. Pool was rather shaded, hot tub was nice. Great for business travel or for people who know the area. I have family in Wesley Chapel, so perfect for my situation. A little far from tourist attractions.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and were very pleased. We were originally booked at a hotel adjacent to Fairfield and were not happy with it. I called Fairfield Inn at 7:00 a.m. and explained our situation abd they let us check in immediately. We unloaded our luggage and headed to the theme park. When we arrived back at the room, we noticed there was a problem with the light in the bathroom (not working). Since it was late, maintenance had gone for the day, so they immediately moved us to another room and gave us an additional discount for our problem. The staff at this hotel is excellent, breakfast was standard and constantly being re-stocked. We will stay here again when we go to Tampa, it's close the the highway and not far from Busch Gardens. The beds are soft too!

The hotel is at the tail end of renovations. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and new. The pool and spa were very nice. I plan to definatly use this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. We went for New Years at my sisters and had two rooms. Check in was fast and they were very accomodating when we wanted to be on the same floor. I should of called and requested double beds but they were very nice about it. Staff was great and friendly.

Hotel was very nice. Front desk charged my credit card a second time. Hotel was fine.

Rooms are large. Under renovation. Halls, elevator and common area were filthy 24/7. Bugs in shower every morning. Hotel staff constantly changing radio station to Hispanic and turning off A/C so it was very hot when I walked in.

Next to interstate, clean and decent breakfast items. Convenient to USF, next to I-75. Located in a good part of Tampa. Close to good restaurants. A good place for business travelers.

Breakfast service. Gave me a smoking, asked for non-smoking. Nice, clean hotel near the interstate, food, gas, shopping, business, and USF.

Nice, clean. Clean hot tub, free wireless! TV to small. Hotel was close to USF. It met all our needs. It was more then I expected.

Clean, very friendly staff. Pool was shaded most of the day only 2 to 3 hours of sun. Over all this was a great place for the money.

In room wireless internet was fast and easy to use. Overall quality of rooms and amenities were below my expectations. For a bare bones business traveler, this hotel will meet your needs. However, in all areas, your experience may not live up to what you have come to expect from this class of hotel.

Clean and comfortable with added benefits of breakfast and outdoor spa. This is a conveniently located hotel with easy access to interstate. Clean and comfortable with added features of continental breakfast, pool and outdoor spa, exceeded our needs.

Easy to get to if in Tampa, tough traffic from St. Petersburg beaches, needed help about beaches in Tampa. It was very nice. From the 5 hotels I stayed in in Florida, this was better than most; however, Amerisuites had a slightly greater breakfast variety.

The new clerk was very helpful. I had a problem and she changed my room. The room I was initially assigned had a pipe that emitted a loud noise (like steam) and was visible from baseboard. The clerk could not identify it. I was moved to another room after I questioned the strange pipe or noise along the baseboard in my room. Although it was a nuisance to move, the clerk was very responsive and helpful.

Clean and orderly breakfast stations. Driveway is not marked and most guess ether pull into the Bob Evans or pass it. Hotel is nice, but cleaning staff does not speak English and does silly things. Leave conditioner instead of shampoo even when you call down for shampoo. Replace the TV guide two days early, so you have to wait until Sunday until you can use the new one. This happened two weeks in a row even after I called the first time.

Location The pool closing at 10pm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and orderly.
