The hotel was wonderful. It was our wedding night and we wanted peace and quiet after a long, tiring day. That's what we experienced.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Excellent location/ very clean/ kids love it/Iwasgood. Bathroom door was broken. I really liked the location of this hotel. It was very clean and my kids enjoyed great night sleeps. I have stayed in exclusive hotels but It was only fair to say that this hotels was exclusive in it own league with similar competition. I didn't expect a doorman but the customer service was great.

This was a new property and you could tell the carpets, walls, bathrooms were all sparkling clean. The bed was very comfortable . The hot water took a long time to get hot is really my only complaint. Good value for the money.

The food continues to be a bad spot at this location. The beds are old and decor is rather cheap looking. They are trying for a contemporary look but instead, it looks like a poor Wal-Mart look.

Clean, remodeled, freindly staff, very convenient. This recently-remodeled hotel is very bright, cheery, and inviting, especially for a chain hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean, nice, not extravagant, but more than adequate. The continental breakfast was exceptional. I’ve stayed in a similar hotel in Indianapolis but this far surpassed that one. Even my wife was impressed, and that doesn't happen often!

Fairfield Inns are the friendlist - business traveler friendly - clean/spacious room and the staffis courtesy. Simply the Best!

Staff was attentive and pleasant. Nothing! I would stay at this hotel each time I travel to Akron. I would highly recommend it to families as well as individuals.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was convenient. The heater broke in our first room. Very nice hotel with good staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast.
Date of Stay:

Continental breakfast had a good selection of food. Pool area had wet towels left all around the pool, and water also in large puddles. Overall, the hotel was very nice and clean. The one exception is that it is very hard to locate at night if you are not familiar with the area. Not any good markers to let you know how to get to the hotel.

Clean and only 10 minutes to the hall of fame. Pool, did not appear to be clean and water very cold. Clean many areas of interest close to hotel. Shopping and a tgif right next door.

The room is spacious and the beds were comfortable and it was clean. The heater to the pool was being repaired. It was freezing cold and could not swim. The rooms are spacious and clean. Nice shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good. The hot tub was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice overall!

The evening desk clerk was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She understands great service. Not enough places to sit and eat breakfast with a table. People were standing around.

Very nice overall, exceeded expectations. Would have been nice to have a king size bed versus the two double beds we had. Hotel was very conveniently located. Rooms are like new, and the beds are amazing. The continental breakfast is the best I've ever seen. Overall, a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!!

It was a decent, clean stay for the price, and convenient to the Akron Canton Regional Airport. They didn't have any king size beds left when we got there so we had two doubles. It was a decent, clean stay and convenient to the Akron Canton Regional Airport.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was more than just a continental breakfast, and loved the computer. Breakfast time was extremely crowded. This hotel more than met our expectations. The room was wonderful and they had a variety of foods for the continental breakfast. The freshly made Belgium waffles were a nice touch. It seemed like we picked the busiest time to eat breakfast and had to wait in line for the microwave and could barely find a seat. The free computer access is in lobby was a great help.

Very clean and looked like new. Good continental breakfast. I'd prefer if the continental breakfast started earlier. This is a very clean hotel with plenty of work space in the large rooms and a quiet, comfortable sleeping environment.

Very friendly staff - no negative experiences at all. I honestly cannot think of anything. This is a very nice hotel with clean spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast, possibly the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered, and a convenient location.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The coffee was a bit strong for my taste in the evening. Great place to stay for the quick overnight trip. Highly recommend.

I felt totally comfortable in my spacious room. Excellent experience all around. I couldn't say one thing negative about my stay at the Akron Fairfield Inn. My room was incredibly comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I'm not an easy win when it comes to reviewing anything, but my stay at the Akron Fairfield Inn was The best hotel stay I've ever had anywhere in the US. Excellent location, staff, room size, super clean and friendly. I'd recommend this hotel even over the Quaker Sheraton downtown. The whole deal was just unbeatable!
Date of Stay:

They faxed something for me to Europe w/o cost; the PC I could use in the lobby. We wanted to stay in North Canton; it was a little far. Great staff! Great breakfast and breakfast attendant!
