I enjoyed the hot tub after a day of golf and the staff was very friendly. The ice machine was quite a distance from the room and there are not a lot of quality restaurants in the area. Overall I had a good experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a lot of hot water for my morning shower, the staff was friendly and courteous and the hot tub/pool was very refreshing and relaxing. If you desire an upscale restaurant for dinner you may have to travel a few miles.

We stayed here last minute and would stay here again. The room was comfortable, clean, roomy enough for 2. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in (and I've slept in a lot of hotel beds over the years). The staff was professional. We had to call housekeeping twice and both times they responded promptly and fixed the problem immediately. The free breakfast was decent. It had your usual continental items plus a waffle maker with strawberries and whipped cream, heat and eat egg/biscuit/bacon or sausage sandwiches. The business area was always open and easy to check email/internet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Sparks area.

But they really need to do something about the housekeeping staff! Checked into a dirty room the first day, the second day housekeeping left the dirty bed linens on the floor in the room and no washclothes or bath mat. Such a shame!

Comfortable and quiet. Very friendly and professional and comfortable. A stay that I told the staff I would repeat.

Friendly, clean and professional. accommodating. I have no complaints. We enjoyed the stay and was able to find it without any difficulties. The staff was very friendly and so were those that we met that were traveling also.

Loved the complimentary continental breakfast; clean rooms. Very clean room with a terrific complimentary continental breakfast!

Good location, very nice staff, and affordable. Room a bit small. If you are looking for a nice location and clean accommodations this place fits the bill.

Breakfast included. Small room, stained upholstery, scratched furniture. The hotel was in an industrial area, just off I-80. The room was small, and seemed overpriced for what it was. We enjoyed the breakfast room, and took advantage of it every morning. The location was convenient to my sister's house in east Reno. A large shopping center was nearby, via Vista Blvd.

The bed was really comfortable with nice sheets, a firm and soft mattress, and plenty of pillows. We had to phone out for food delivered to our room for dinner. But, the continental breakfast with waffles was great. This was a clean and comfortable motel that was pleasantly furnished and well maintained. It had a pool, spa and exercise room that were very nice, where one would get a good workout of swim laps. The continental breakfast was substantial, with hard-boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffles, juices, oatmeal, fruit, lots of choices. Our bed was really nice. The only thing that was mildly inconvenient was that the hotel didn't have room service and we had to have our dinner sent from a nearby restaurant, which wasn't a big deal, except that the food wasn't as warm as it might have been.

The hotel was great for the price. Would recommend to friends. It was close to the freeway. Some noise effected sleep. Located close to the freeway for convenient traveling. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I will recommend this Inn to friends and probably return on future trips.

Clean, easy to access from the Interstate, friendly staff. Beds seemed a little hard for my liking but acceptable for the price. Nice clean newer hotel close to Reno without the traffic. Easy to get on and off the Interstate, worked well for us as we were passing through and just needed a place to stay. Breakfast was good compared to some places I have stayed.

Centrally located to casinos, fun park for kids and shopping. Pool was cold on the first night. Warmer over the weekend. Very nice and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Much nicer than the staff at the three star hotel we stayed at in Monterey. Helpful when we accidentally left the lights on in our new Tahoe and needed a battery jump.

Overall it is a good location and facility. Like many newer mid range hotels, the little details are forgotten. This is a good hotel overall, nice pool, nice room, nice breakfast, etc. But, we did feel that we were "just another guest" in terms of how a room was confirmed. It was quite informal. We would only marginally choose to stay again. Not a bad place to stay for the location however.

Only a few feet from very busy interstate highway, very noisy. Nice clean business hotel but very high noise level on side of building facing the highway. Sound seemed to come through window mount AC unit.

Free breakfast and internet. Broken ac unit. This was a good hotel except there were no knobs on the air conditioning unit so I couldn't turn it off.

I got a great price and the breakfast was terrific. The beds were rather small (I believe 2 doubles). This is a great deal for a very clean hotel. The hotels/spa were terrific and the breakfast abundant.

Continental breakfast options were fantastic. Room seemed dingy. Nice hotel.

NA Staff was not really that knowledgeable. Broken chair in room quite uncomfortable. I would describe the hotel as "low budget". Internet access was not strong or consistent and desk staff said, "we have someone coming next week to look at it" which sounded totally made up. Wasn't much of a can-do attitude with the staff?

Upscale, clean, comfortable, worth the price. Nothing. Great location, comfortable beds, quite, very nice staff, would stay again.

Very friendly customer service nice breakfast complimentary. 2 double beds would prefer 1 queen or king./ It was clean high quality and friendly.
