Microwave and refrigerator. See below. The only thing wrong with the hotel was that the desk staff was inept at giving us any kind of directions. We were at the junction of routes 46, 202, 80, and 287. Travel in New Jersey is tough at best. No one at the desk was successful at leading us in or out of the place. I told them this as I was checking out and begged them to print out directions to and from each Route. Then the final directions they gave us for getting out of there were wrong. By the time I was on the right road, I called them from the car and said they had a nice hotel but their customers were at the mercy of people who didn't know what they were doing. Not everyone is good with directions. I begged again for a printout that the staff could read to people who didn't know the area.

the Mattot was a very nice place, it was very clean, the rooms were very quiet and the beds were large and very comfertible. The tub was the cleanist i have ever seen and the Front Desk Personnel was very polite. Would stay there again.

Very clean, great bed, fluffy pillows! It's that simple! Hotel was recently remodeled, so everything was in great condition. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, and everything was clean and fresh. I did not venture to the lobby nor did I try out their facility room.

Employees were top notch! We were completely satisfied during our stay. The location was convenient to the interstate and major state & county highways. It was enough in the burbs that you could drop your guard and relax, yet close enough to NYC & the outlying boros that trips there were not tiresome. Restaurants were in grand abundance along Route 46. The Rockaway mall is not far away and driving to other area malls was a snap (Shorts Hills Mall: Rt. 46 to I-287 to Rt. 24; Willowbrook Mall: On Rt 46). Customer Service was awesome!

This hotel gives us a feeling that we're safe. No swimming pool. 1) Comfortable accomodation. 2) Feeling of safety.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. 2.5 stars! I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean, neat, well equipped with great breakfast. Nothing. Underrated hole. Nice staff, easy access to i80, clean, well equipped, well maintained rooms. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at a really great price!

Surprisingly nice for the price. Firmer pillows, please. Its 30 miles from NYC, so I went here to escape insane NYC hotel prices as I started a drive west on I 80. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, good bathroom. Not quite luxurious but definitely a cut above average.

The internet did not work. The hotel itself is fine, but it appears that Fairfield Inn has a problem with its internet provider. For the second night at a different Fairfield Inn it took over an hour to connect. The cables were not working and wireless was down. Their vendor tried to help but did not seem to know what they were doing. If you need access to email when staying you should first make sure that all is up and running.

Breakfast was great. Someone at the desk gave very poor directions. This was a very nice place to stay, easy to use computer there and a great breakfast.

Front desk clerk was very friendly, room was nice and clean. The hallways were musty. Good price, decent location, you just have to make u-turns to leave and come back. But overall great for what you pay for.

Clean, friendly staff, good to travel with toddler children. Can't say, just stayed for 1 day. This is a hotel for someone who wants a comfortable stay and the complimentary breakfast is so good that we do not need to go in search of breakfast as soon as we get up in the morning. Also helpful in heating toddler child's cereal, formula and other foods using the hotels kitchen microwave. I would surely prefer this hotel for future stays.

Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. No restaurant on site no room service. Had to travel elsewhere for food options. Very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The cleanliness and continental breakfast. Not enough computers and I were on the first floor and there was not enough privacy, the curtains are seeing through! I had an enjoyable stay, but as I stated, the curtains were see through, so I had to change in the bathroom, for privacy. I only saw one computer in the internet room, and the gym equipment was not very adjustable.

Clean, convenient, great staff. Great location, well kept rooms, nice departure time (12 pm). I wouldn't hesitate to stay at a Fairfield suite in the future.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable for finding my way around. Nothing. The staff, hotel and parking were great. And their continental breakfast was great.

Clean room and well appointed lobby. Nothing. As advertised - reservation was handled promptly and correctly without hesitation from front desk staff.

We love the bed, the pillows, overall the room and the comfort it provides, a 100% smoke free, we can truly relax and enjoy the nights. The internet connectivity in the rooms is not good enough to allow for internet browsing, but the business center compensate a bit. Aside from the fact that the hotel does not have a pool, which should be expected with the star level, everything else is above expectation; the location couldn't be any more accessible (best location ever). Ample parking space, well lit, and the staff attend to your every need. Cleanliness, that's an a+, very well maintained, everything is in working order and the showers, goodness, very gentle and spacious and the beds, so inviting and the pillows aiding in the much needed comfort in order to fall asleep and keep you asleep for a full night sleep. Nothing is lacking.

Why can't get this stay accounted for Marriott rewards? Bottom-line is that I stayed at the hotel and paid for the stay (i.e. it was not a complementary). Great place for business travelers.

Clean rooms, friendly, efficient at check-in. Walls were too thin - somewhat noisy. Overall, very nice. But you could hear neighboring room's TV a little too much.
