Aside from all that you expect from a Marriott chain hotel, the best part of this establishment was its excellent staff. Every morning, the staff at the complimentary breakfast was very attentive and helpful, and went the extra yard to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. Highly recommended.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel appeared to be fairly new and was located in a nice suburban area with 2 restaurants within walking distance. We stayed 5 nights and received a discount on room price which made it even better!

This hotel was centrally located and I was able to go to all my points of intrest without getting lost. I was there with family members for a wedding and everyone was very pleased. (10 rooms)

The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly and the hotel was very clean. Way too far off of I95. It was a nice hotel but I probably will not stay there again because it isn't convenient for our route.

Easy access from I-64. Staff very polite. Hotel lobby and room very clean. Safe area of town. Surroundings very quiet. Great place for a family to stay. Restaurants nearby.

Comfy beds. Large sink space. Small dining area for breakfast. A little expensive. Overall, the hotel was fine. The employees were very friendly. The large bathroom was nice. We for some reason, didn't get a newspaper under our door, but they were available each day in the lobby.

The staff here was friendly and helpful! Our keycard had to be reprogrammed 3 times! Very clean; excellent staff; nice continental breakfast area with good variety! Would stay again for sure!

New, clean and well-run hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a new hotel (3 years old) that is kept in excellent shape. The breakfast is delicious and has a pretty extensive selection for a continental breakfast (Strawberry waffles with sugar free syrup, Lactaid milk, breakfast sandwiches). The staff was very accomodating. The hotel is located right off of I-288 and near I-95. Overall, great experience.

Very attractive, extremely clean and comfortable, super staff. This is a great place to stay for an affordable cost. I only wish we could have stayed a little longer to enjoy the pool and exercise room. We enjoyed the breakfast, the helpful staff, and the comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast had a waffle maker for fresh waffles. Clean and Affordable. Great hotel! Small pool that was crowded. The rooms are extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is great with fresh waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, muffins and more. In the rooms there is wireless, iron and board, hairdryer and coffee maker. The beds were comfortable and there were 5 pillows on the king bed. There is also pay per view options in addition to the standard cable. This hotel is wonderful!

Room had extra high ceilings which made it feel spacey. No complaints at all. We had an overall great experience, no complaints whatsoever with the hotel, location or facility, maybe a little less chlorine in the hot tub! I"ll stay there again and again.

Clean hotel, courteous staff, great location for business travel in Richmond. Nothing. Great and moderately priced hotel. Very clean (seems to be brand new). Indoor heated pool and hot-tub were great to relax and unwind. Exercise room available. Shopping and dining close by. I would stay here again.

Access to internet. Small room and need more warm foods (meat & eggs) for breakfast. Nice, clean hotel: friendly staff liked that there were no bedspreads on the bed and having access to the Internet was really nice. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Nice breakfast selection, clean room. We had some trouble with our room--AC not working properly. Nice, clean hotel in a safe neighborhood. Excellent breakfast selection. The pool was small, but very enjoyable for our daughter.
