Hotel had musky smell.Elevator's very slow.Complementaty breakfast very crowded not enough space to set down.Pool area small outside not able to get in it for the people.This was a very miserable trip and will never go back to any of there motel....

We have never used Priceline before and we are very please and will use it now on. We have never used Priceline before an were in fact very pleased. The hotel was very clean an modern an close to where we had planned most of our time to be spent. The only thing that was missing was a refrigerator, but it didn't matter as we ate out very night. The hotel was nicer than we expected it would have been for such a great price. We were very pleased of our overall experience and have already told many people that they should use Priceline.

We just returned from Gatlinburg and I wanted to give credit to the two Marriott workers who checked us in the Fairfield. X was wonderful. Happy, competent, and informative. She helped us with directions and even though she was very busy with checking people in to the hotel, she was very effecient. We forgot toothpaste....obviously not the first time that has every happen, and she was happy to help...... The next morning, as we checked out, the fire alarms was blasting, dripping wet whinning children ran amoke, and people were waiting to check out. The desk attendant handled all with patience and a smile.....very refreshing..... Thanks for making the stay very nice.....

the fairfield inn was very nice and clean. the kids loved the pool. we loved the waffle maker at breakfast time. it was close to all the shopping you want to do. we would stay there again. i would tell anyone to stay there.

My family and I have stayed in Gatlinburg many times, and we have stayed at both the bad and the good. We always try to get a nice room, and we really enjoyed our room at The Fairfield Inn by Marriottin Gatlinburg North. My children loved the warm indoor pool and the large hot tube. My husband and I loved the suite and the fact that our children had their own large T.V. and a large room of their own. The staff was very friendly and this will be our new home away from home when we vacation again!

This was a great hotel for a family. The rooms were clean and the pool was great. The kids really enjoyed the pool and slide are. The other great thing was the Trolley system came right up to the hotel for a 50 cent trip to downtown. It was awesome!

The Hotel was not what we expected. The rooms smelled very stale and had a odor to them that we could not tolerate. We were not able to stay and had to find lodging elsewhere.

This hotel was as clean as $* a night hotels in Chicago, Cleveland and Ft. Lauderdale (among others) that I have stayed in. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet even with several small business groups staying at the same time as us. EVEN the hot tub was spotless...the only place I've seen that before was in Mexico. Only downside was a little bit of a walk to the "heart" of Gatlinburg. NOT far...but if you don't like .5 to .7 mile walks down and then back.....stay closer to the heart. Shoot for a light to two past the Hard Rock to be dead-center. This is at the 1st light in Gatlinburg. Bonus was no fighting traffic when we left on Sunday and no fighting traffic when we took shopping trips to Pigeon Forge. Outside pool is GREAT for kids! Walk-in shallow end, only 3.5 feet at deep end, WORKING water slide with safe steps and VERY well heated. I'm just a satisfied customer....surpassed my expectations.

We stayed here two nights. The rooms were nice, each bed had 5 pillows. This room had the nicest iron I have ever used in my lifetime (sun beam hospitality model 3965-099). The pools were a bit small, but the kids survived. Front desk personnel nice. The breakfast area is a bit small. Could offer more choices of food. First day they ran out of fruit, but the next day they had plenty. Nice putt putt golf next door (bit pricey), and Damon's Grill on the opposite side. Nice location, not in the busy part of town....you can walk to town or drive and park. Plenty of parking in town. This is a very nice hotel.......

Booked two rooms 3 months ago; when we arrived- rooms were on opposite side of hotel. Staff blamed computer- It took many 'discussions' and two nights to get rooms closer. Smelling air conditioner in room. Lastly, beware of smokers at all three entrances- and the outdoor pool. Never Again

Location, outward appearance, and friendliness of staff. Clean, good location, decent continental breakfast including homemade waffles. Rooms are kind of small. Staff is nice, but they screwed up our room. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds, but ended up with one king and one inadequate pull out couch for 4 people.
