When we arrived at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and well decorated. The front desk staff was very helpful. We spent the weekend going to the Union terminal to see the museums there. What a great place! The hotel is easy to get to and in a good neighborhood. Our room was excellent, I can't say enough about it. We had a king studio suite. My husband and I had a king bedroom with our own bathroom and my son slept on the sleep sofa in the living room area and he had his own bathroom. (2 adjoining rooms) The room came equipped with a mini refrigerator and microwave oven plus a coffeemaker. It had 2 flat screen TV's. We were right next door to the new Coco Key water resort. The room had 2 nice glass sliding doors and let in alot of light. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast was ok it was Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately when you have kids they like more than that. That was the only complaint I had. A breakfast buffet would have been better.

Loved the facility this time last year. The hotel has a new owner. The rooms have been remodelled but aren't kept clean. I am a night shift employee and sleeping during the day is impossible here due to the continuous construction. I had to let men into my room in the middle of my sleep day to test the fire alarm one day and then the next day was awakened by drilling and hammers. The following week I stayed again (only because the reservation was non-refundable) and was assured that the room I was placed in was in the quiet end of the hotel. A group of construction workers let themselves into my room and I awoke to find three men standing around my bed (the inside security lock was missing). The manager did not return any of my phone calls when I attempted to verbalize my disgust. Luckily the website refunded my money (minus the tax) so I was still out about 12.

This hotel is filthly from the common areas to the room itself. My wife tried cleaning the room and after twenty minutes gave up. It was one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in.

Hotel room was nice, but very small. I couldn't even fit my hairdryer on the bathroom counter. First morning there, there was pounding and drilling noises outside of my room for 1 1/2 hour. Housekeeper didn't replace soap or shampoo for the 2nd day. HBO didn't work the 2nd night on nice flat screen TV that constantly skipped channels when changing. Breakfast was OK, with many things gone by the time I got there at 8:30. Biggest problem--after prepaying through Travel agency, the hotel charged me a pending amount for both nights, even though the Travel agency website said I would only be charged for incidentials. After calling the hotel, the person said there was nothing they could do about it and I would have to wait 5-10 day to get the money back. The pluses--it was very close to where I was doing business, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Very clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. A little farther from freeway thanI expected. This is a great hotel that is near a lot of shops, mall, and Costco. Staff is very helpful and stayed on the phone with me untilI reached hotel. Step by step directions.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in Mid October for a weekend get away. We were very pleasantly surprised with the room, loved the large tv and comfortable bed. However the room was very tiny, it was hard to walk around the king size bed. The next morning though by 8:30 most of the breakfast food that was available for breakfast was quite picked over and the staff wasn't exactly on to of things. That evening upon on our return to our room, we saw that it had never been cleaned. We called downstairs and asked for more clean towels, which never came. We left without incident. The room was comfy and the hotel is in a great location, plus with a good deal it isn't all that bad. I'd stay again for the location and comfy bed alone, but I'd plan on breakfast elsewhere and avoid the the weirdos in the parking lot at night.

Nothing. The manager was very uncooperative. I was told by the front desk staff that I was assigned a King size bed however none were available. He called his manager who insisted we be put in a room with two double beds. This was supposed to be a romantic night away, however the hotel staff ruined it. And offered nothing in the way of compensation.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I had 40 family members there from all over Ohio who all had positive comments concerning the hotel. Even though the water park was not completed, we used the larger outdoor pool at the Sheraton next door. We had a great time.

Renovated rooms were attractive. In the bathroom the shower curtain liner had black mold on it. I thought the hotel was nice with attractive decorator touchs but found that there were things that seemed to be left incomplete in the renovation process.

The experience was one of a kind!! the restaurant, room service, pool, and overall atmosphere was great. Even having 3 kids with us, everyone was very friendly. We had a billing problem, but the front desk took care of it right away with no hassels. We ordered out one night, and didn't have utensils and the restaurant let us use theirs, even brought them up to us in our room! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!! OH the FREE cook to order breakfast was out of this world!!

Rooms were decorated in an up-scale manner. Poor cleanliness, under-staffed and amenities were substandard. The rooms were classy with a large flat-screen TV, in-room frig, up-scale bedding & cool artwork. However, the hotel was clearly under-staffed resulting in dirty hallways, pool area (no towels) reception desk and lounge. The worst part of our stay was that the continental breakfast ran out of food - numerous guests were extremely upset.

The hotel was better than what I expected for the money. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the family suite for the kids they had there own bathroom and flat screen television which was great. Was easy to get to the different locations and was close to shopping and places to eat.

Great rooms! Much better than what I'd expected. Friendly staff. No complaints! The rooms are great. The free breakfast is wonderful. No complaints here and I would rate this hotel higher than a 2 star hotel. Would definitely go back.

"The hotel has been completely renovated on the inside and is very nice and modern. The room was very clean and very nice. It was small, but it was perfect for just my husband and I. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
