Fridge and microwave in room. Too much chemicals in pool and spa. Good lodging, clean and conveniently located. Many activities to do and places to eat. Poll and spa had way too many chemicals, it burned our eyes and we could not use.

Clean, nice large room, staff was great and loved it. Hotel was close to the university and quick to the highway. Room was clean, large, had several clean pillows and sheets. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Want to stay there again.

It was clean, cozy and in a perfect location for our trip. The room was tiny, the hotel was fully booked and they could not switch us to a room big enough for 3 they they charged us ($20) for a roll away. The hotel was clean with decent amenities and conveniently located. The bed was comfortable enough. It was myself, my husband and my teenage son. Our room had one queen bed and was tiny. We didn't have a fit we simply asked for a roll away, which they then charged us $20 for (maybe we should have thrown a fit) and we couldn't walk through the room once the roll away was in place. We had to climb over each other in bed to go the restroom. We laughed about the experience so not to upset my son (he had an important event the next day) but I was disappointed that Fairfield did not pay closer attention to the in party or at least offer the roll away for free (seems like that would have been good customer service).

Was close to Central Michigan University. This hotel was a great option for having to be at Central Michigan University early the next morning for Freshman Orientation.

It was clean and attractive. The staff was courteous and helpful. The pool and spa area needed cleaning. There were items left around that should have been removed many days ago It was clean and quiet. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful with any questions. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, temperature good. The bathroom was clean and a nice size.

Itwas cheap. I was treated like a second class citizen. I was not happy how I was treated, the person at the desk was very friendly until, I wanted change my room from one king size bed to two queen size bed. My husband has back problems and we could not sleep in the same bed. The person at the desk was willing to help us. Then, there was nothing she could do. I just took the room and slept on the chair.

Staff was very friendly and facilities were good. Whirlpool jets were not functioning properly. My experience was positive with the front desk staff easy to deal with at check-in and check-out. The pool and whirlpool were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was very good and filling. Would highly recommend this facility and Priceline to a friend.

Convenience of fast check in/out and location pretty close to Soaring Eagle Casino. Elevator smelled. Could smell cigarette smoke in our room. It's a non-smoking hotel. I didn't stay at the hotel very long. I was there to sleep only as I spent most of the time for the evening I came in at the casino. We really only used the room for about 9 hours to sleep.

Very comfortable bed. Ran out of food. Was not happy. Really enjoy staying there but look fwd to the breakfast and getting down there at 9am and nothing is left when I am starving sucks! When told a breakfast is provided and gone by 9am is quite discouraging!

Very nice staff, hotel was clean and so were rooms. Pool and hot tub were closed. I would stay there again. I have no complains other than the pool and hot tub was shut down. I understand it was nobodys fault but for a hotel and hot tub.
