Only stayed from 12:15 am until 7:00 am so I did not really use any of the facilities. My flight arrived at 11:45 pm. In the morning I walked to a Dollar car rental location that was about 1/4 mile from from this hotel and I saved money by avoiding airport surcharges. Hotel did not have shuttle service available until 1:00 am as I was told on the phone. When called they said to get a taxi and they would reimburse the taxi driver. However, the taxi driver would not go into hotel and required I pay him directly. The hotel did reimburse my the taxi fare. Lucky I had a twenty dollar bill in my wallet as normally I do not carry much cash.

Clean, convenient, good shuttle service to airport, friendly staff, usual high season prices. The suite, for* more than a standard room is a relative bargain. We have stayed at other motels on the way in and out of Anchorage and this one was the nicest.

this is a wonderful hotel if you are in anchorage for the weekend shopping trip for the rural area of alaska and the room was considerably nice for those of us more use to the roughing it in the bush.

Terrific continental breakfast. No free airport shuttle service between 1PM AND 5PM. Good hotel for the price. When construction finishes of hotel next door the noise and dust level should impvove.

Nice location - easy access to downtown, courteous staff, clean rooms, indoor pool facility, ample continental breakfast, local newspapers on week days - I'd stay there again

We flew into the Anchorage airport on a stopover for an early morning flight the next day. Shuttle service from the airport was quick and the hotel provided a cab early the next morning at no cost because their shuttle wasn't running that early yet. Rooms were clean and quiet.

we needed a place close to the airport for a late night arrival. As we would be leaving next morning we were not concerned w/ a charming location or ambience per se. The hotel was generic but modern, reasonably attractive. Room was comfortable, clean. A highlight was a substantial serve yourself breakfast buffet next morning.
