It had beds. It was loud and close to a highway. The bath tub wall was sagging from the wall. The caulk on the tub was falling off into the tub. The staff did not help with telling me the quickest way to my room. I was put on the third floor and there were less than 20 cars in the lot, in my mind that should put me on 1st or 2nd floor.

You couldn't find a more friendly staff. However, rooms were not cleaned that well and trash was not emptied.

Free breakfast and flat screen TV. Filthy pool and staff who didn't enforce noise rules. The pool was murky and filthy, the hot tub the same and the water was colder than the pool. The breakfast area had so few tables there was never a space to sit. There were guests with children playing basketball from 6 am-11 pm over our heads and the staff refused to make them stop but kept profusely apologizing to us. There was blood smear on the bathroom door about chest high during the whole stay. Just a very dirty, grimy place.

Very close to the Interstate, noise is a problem if you're a light sleeper, breakfast area very hot`

The staff was very nice and helpful. It smelled old- there was trash under the beds. This hotel is rated a 3 or 3.5- If you look at it you'll give it a 1.5 , maybe 2.

"about average hotel , but the problem its next to a busy I-40 and if you are a light sleeper, then its a problem. Could not change the room even being a VIP member with travel website which I dont know what does mean to be VIP when you cant change a room from double to single king size bed room when you're willing to pay the difference"

Bad neighborhood, cars broken into, room musty.

We stayed in this hotel when we came to Memphis to see Graceland. We chose to stay here since it was easily accessible to the highway. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We wanted to switch a room to be able to have adjoining rooms, and they made it very easy. I was very happy and would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, friendly and safe. My key would not work on one occasion. This hotel is very clean, friendly and safe. The safe is so friendly and helpful.

I loved the sheet-bedspreads - that are obviously washed after each guest..I think they should all be like this! The pillows were far better than most 'hotel' pillows and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and spa were great. Travelling with kids, this was a super place to stay. Need more tv channel selections, but that is my only complaint. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great price and wonderful home away from home! "

The bed was comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. I didn't like one particular employee's poor attitude. First, it's in the middle of nowhere. The only restaurant within a feasible distance is Catfish Cabin. The hotel is quite a bit older, but it appeared to be clean, at least. However, on my second day there, someone else was given my room and room key. Attempting to nap after a long business day, I awoke to someone ramming my door. (literally, for the doors often got stuck anyway) This woman had given up by the time I got to the door, but came back again for another go. I opened, and she was just as shocked that the room was already occupied (as I was that someone else was given my room key). So I called the front desk where they did apologize. But when I went out for the evening and returned, I found that I was locked out of my room! I went to the front desk and one of the clerks provided me with a complimentary breakfast coupon. Well, the next day, after returning from another long business day, I receive a phone call from the desk clerk stating that I had been checked out. (basically asking why was I still there) I had to drag my laptop to the front desk and show her that my reservation (which had never changed) was through the following morning. On top of that, she had a very bad attitude. They need to get it together over there. The stay wasn't worth it, and I was delighted to leave the next morning. Avoid this place!

The air conditioner worked most of the time. Rude staff, tiny inappropriate room, and no amenities. I was severely disappointed with this hotel. Not only were the guests loud at all hours, staff could never be found, were unwilling to help. Overall, it was a bad experience.

The location was very conveniently located to the interstate and whereI needed to be. Rooms were not cleaned every day, few amenities close by, and no refrigerator in the room.

Near the business I was attending. To close to the expressway. This was a friendly hotel for a one night stay and very informed for direction to local attractions in the city.

The breakfast was good, convenient, and had everything we would want in a quick easy meal. I did not like the first room they put us in - saggy mattress. The toilet leaked around the base in our second room. It was OK. Some of the hotel staff was rather indifferent. Most were polite, cheerful and helpful. I prefer a room with more space than what they offer.

Nice deluxe continental breakfast, very nice staff. Close to highway.

Priceline price was good. Beds were very uncomfortable. Extremely hard. Employees were helpful and friendly. Accommodations were adequate. Breakfast area setup was too small and unorganized, but clean and good variety of food.
