Wonderful - we try to stay at Country Inns whenever possible.

The room was great. I could not use the MS Office applications on computer. The hotel was great except for one thing. I was not able to use any Microsoft Office applications on the computer in the hotel business center. I had called ahead to confirm that there was a computer so I could avoid lugging a laptop. Unfortunately, the front desk did not have the source code to launch the Microsoft applications. Other than that, the hotel rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. I would recommend staying here.

the staff at this hotel was awful. they had attitudes about everthing and didn't respond to my needs in a timely manner.

The room was fine except for the lack of a curtain to pull at night to keep out the night parking lot lights and morning sun. It was in a good location near a variety of places to eat.

Nice pool and hot tub. Very nice for the price. Close to the ballpark, shopping, etc. Nice view of small lake from our hotel room. Quiet and comfortable. Hotel service very good.

In all instances the staff was quite friendly. I was slightly disappointed not to find a microwave in room. The Fairfield Inn I stayed in was pleasant and friendly. I was traveling with my daughter and her daughter; they both found the Fairfield user friendly.

Very clean. Didn't have automatic sliding front doors into the lobby. This was a very clean and staff friendly hotel. I was very pleased with our room and the price. The breakfast was well stocked and there was quite a variety.

Great breakfast bar. Check in staff unwilling to change from double to king. Decent, clean hotel with easy access off the interstate. Nice breakfast bar. Unhappy with staff not willing to change type of room from two doubles to king.

Breakfast-bar, convenient location, and clean. Some of the vending machines haven't worked for my last two trips. Warm, pleasant rooms; comfortable and cozy beds; and a nice start to the day with a pleasant breakfast bar; these are some of the reasons I frequent the Fairfield.

It was clean and updated decor. I wish the Jacuzzi was bigger. The room was clean. The hotel has been recently remodeled. This is a good and safe location. Worth the price.

They had a nice continental breakfast selection and eating area. It wasn't as clean and friendly as I wanted. The staff was friendly until we had a problem. The attitude was then very rude. The room had been only spot cleaned. There was a shaving gel cap left from the previous guest on the sink counter. Also there was a wash cloth hung on the shower curtain rod. It made me wonder, "What else was missing?"

The hot tub. The staff was very unfriendly. Very rude people. I would not recommend this hotel. When I asked for a rollaway bed they said they didn't have any. They were very rude during the entire process. I wish I would've gotten their names and reported them to management. Don't stay in this hotel if you have a choice!
