Room was very comfortable, and staff very friendly. Took 30+ minutes to check in! The hotel was very nice. Staff very accommodating in meeting our needs. The check in was our only problem.

There are safety issues that warrant this facility being closed during construction. We were assigned a room, then had to change because lights didn't work. Rooms in this facility are small, with a postage-stamp size bathroom in a triangular corner. Tub was slippery, with no grab bar. Most importantly, the parking area and concrete steps up to doorway had huge chunks of concrete missing -- very dangerous. No elevator to second floor; vending area had exposed wires. I can't believe the building inspector in Liberty would allow the public to use this facility. A minor inconvenience, but the internet access didn't work either. We chose this motel on the strength of Fairfield Inn experience in other places, but were very shocked.

The Beds & pillows were super comfortable I love curtains that completely block out light which these did and the quietness allowed us to sleep in. Friendly staff, great rooms, luxurious bedding easy to find, short but thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Our trip to Liberty was a last minute decision. We were please with the accomodations and staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to land while in the area. The only complaint was the bed was a little more firm than I like, but still had a good nights rest.

Comfortable bedding and good breakfast bar. Snow removal was not satisfactory. Bathrooms real small.

We were very pleased with our stay! We will be utilizing this facility many more times within the next 4 years since we will have a child at William Jewell College. Great rooms, staff, etc. The breakfast was exceptional also!

The lobby was remodeled nicely. Room was not Marriott quality, bathroom very small and used/broken fixtures. This motel is being remodeled and not reflected in the information so the facilities/amenities are not available. The room was small overcrowded with large furniture, the bathroom was smaller than the last motel six I stayed in 10 years ago and the fixtures were worn, cracked and rusted. These rooms are definitely not up to standards for a Marriott.

Cleanliness; up-scale breakfast; friendly staff. Nothing that I didn't like. I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were very clean; the linens were of top quality. The breakfast bar was well stocked and maintained, even included items like scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They had fresh fruit and in lieu of rolls and donuts, they offered bagels, muffins, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would like to return again.

Great condition, very clean and friendly. Some construction mess in the area. The only issue I could describe would be the shaky ironing board in the room. Room was in great condition, staff was nice and friendly. There were a variety of stores, restaurants close by also. Very happy with the accommodations.

Lobby had several seating areas; could grade papers without a lot of disruption. Undergoing remodeling, less convenient, especially parking. I had always stayed across the road at Hampton, more expensive but this one just as nice, especially when remodeling is complete later this year. Lots of light in public areas, great, as I had to spend 2 ams doing work at a desk. It was good to get out of my room. Bathroom really small, is only drawback.

The breakfast dining room was terrific - decor fabulous and food was good. We were put in the unrenovated section where the carpet was thumb tacked to the walls in the hallway that hadn't been renovated yet. I understood why we were put in a room that had not yet been renovated, but the new parts that were completed were really nice; we were allowed to go across the street to the Comfort Inn to hot tub since the pool area wasn't done--our room was good enough (didn't like the signs of pet hair in the corners) and smelled a little wet or damp, but the beds and pillows were great.

Hip colors, new remodel. Great re-decorated hotel in fresh colors with very comfortable beds and great staff.

Shower had good water pressure. Bed was above average comfortable. Remodeling in progress. Curtains won't close to block bright light. In time, this may be a decent place to stay for a night or two. Remodeling is ongoing and it appears that it will be quite some time before it is completed. Due to construction trailers, parking is almost non-existent. The heavy curtains will not close, leaving a 4' opening that allowed extremely bright lights to shine into the room. At 1:00 a.m. the room was brightly lit. No soda/snack machine located on 2nd floor, closest was on 1st floor on opposite end of building. Bed was decently comfortable and the shower had good pressure.

Location/breakfast variety. Construction. The health club was not at all available.

The breakfast was very good quality. The lack of help from the hotel employees in response to the cold water problem in addition to the actual cold water problem. This hotel was under construction during our stay which could explain some of the problems during our stay. Our first problem started when my wife and I tried to take a shower and found the room had no cold water. With no cold water we were not able to take a shower for the entire length of our stay. The second cold water problem. When we told the front desk of the problem they didn't offer anything to resolve the problem. Their response was to say that the hotel was under construction and there wasn't anything he could do about it. He then tried to comfort me by explaining they didn't have hot water last week. In my opinion a shower is half the reason we stay at a hotel. Since we were unable to take a shower the hotel was completely unacceptable.

The continental breakfast was excellent--great variety. It was under construction--very muddy in the parking lot as a result. I will definitely stay here again--once the construction is complete. We did not have any problems with noise from the construction, but there was mud and ruts throughout the parking lot. The pillows were not comfortable however; I will take my own next time. Overall, a great value.

The location was convient. Remodeling being done! Hard to move to buildings. Cleanliness? First arrival. I found a chip package left on table with hole chewed in back by rodent and only decade coffee available for in room use. The move between buildings was bad. Breakfast was not complete asked for butter etc. nothing in crock pot. Coffee cold early AM. Restroom in main lobby had dried urine drippings on the stool rim.

Location and rooms. Construction, no way to get to lobby from inside. Lobby small and cramped. No way to get to lobby from rooms without going outside and around a messy construction site.

Close to casinos. New construction was intruding. Hotel was ok but pricey. I have had better continental breakfasts. Overall, hotel was expectable considering their new construction activity. Kansas city hotel market has always been overpriced.

Great continental breakfast. Room was stuffy, musty and didn't want to open first floor window. Overall this was a nice room. The bathroom needed more counter space and the hot and cold were reversed in the shower. Wonderful continental breakfast with a wide variety including several hot items. Would stay here again.
