Our visit was to welcome home family member from 15 months in Iraq. Staff was very friendly and housekeeping were great.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
I really liked our room. There was a sitting room with a TV and desk. Then a room with the bed and another TV, there were phones in both rooms. I do not know if it was the weather or something else. However the pool and spa were in bad shape.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
The hotel was very clean; rooms were comfortable; and breakfast was wonderful. The front desk was very accommodating. The front desk called for a cab service. The cab arrived quickly and was reasonbly priced to go to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We have no complaints about this hotel. We were really happy with the hotel. Our room had a small living room with a TV. The bedroom had 2 full size beds, nice linens ands lots of pillows. Also had aTV in the bed room. Nice bathroom with large vanity.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott at Lawton, Oklahoma was a wonderful end to a long days journey. The suite had a living area complete with couch, chairs, coffee table, t.v.; and the bedroom had a very comfortable kingsize bed and another t.v. The microwave, refrigerator and coffee-maker were an unexpected plus. The staff were excellent; couldn't have asked for more.

Our stay at this hotel was the best experience we have had in Lawton in several stays over 30 years. It is quiet, very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Recommend highly.

I could get coffee any time I wanted. When I checked in, it took 15-20 minutes for me to get checked it. Fine, but like I said I waited and so did some more people the next day. I was tired and wanted my room. I guess they were on a smoke break because they came from the pool area. I was a lone time. I came close to walking out. But my sister was already checked in. Other than that it was great.

I traveled alone and wanted to feel safe. I got exactly what I was expecting with the friendly staff to help with any questions or directions I needed. It was nice to have a computer in the lobby to check my messages on as well. Having Cracker Barrel at your back door was also great. I don't usually sleep when away from home but slept each night like I was at home. BTW--I've got to find some of your pillows, they were dreamy.

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. No fridge or microwave, nor the name suites is indicative of more room. Nice, clean, and orderly hotel; however with young children there was not enough space. Also, having young children that tend to need juice, snacks, etc. It is more convenient to have a fridge and microwave. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean.

Excellent facility. Decore and cleanliness were a perfect balance between luxury and value. All the staff were cheerful and helpful. Internet in the room worked well. Enjoyed the warm fireplace in the lobby and dining area. I enjoyed the fresh baked cookies placed nightly at the front desk. We stayed in the double suite and I really liked the floor plan. Breakfast was great as well, with a waffle maker, french toast, microwaveable egg & sausage biscuits, boiled eggs, oatmeal, biskets and gravy, toast, muffins, cereals, juices, etc.

The Hotel was nice and location was easy. Late arrival was not a problem and the staff especially the lady running the breakfest buffet were very friendly.

I liked the location of this hotel. I didn't think that the hotel bed was comfortable at all and the cleaning staff was rarely seen. My stay at this hotel was not a positive one. The only positive aspect of this hotel was that it was located so close to fort sill. The three biggest complaints I had while staying there is that during four nights, the cleaning staff did not enter our room once, the walls are extremely thin, and the my biggest complaint would be the uncomforted of the bed. My significant other nor I are normally tossed-and-turners, but this bed was so uncomfortable that we became as such. We both woke up with back aches and still tired in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel and I will not book it for my next trip to Lawton.
