Great place to stay for family going to baseball tournaments.

The bed in the room I was in was a king size. (A little hard for me.) Iron and board in the room which I needed. No fridge (I didn't need one.) I had trouble finding it. It was hidden from view by all the trees out front, even blocked the sign. Very nice to me. I would go back if need be. Clean, no bad smells in any part of hotel that I was in. Continental breakfast was great. Tremendous!

The hotel is located in Southern LA. Humidity is to be expected. In fact, there is a de-humidifier in the room. Unfortunately, the "bucket" had not been emptied, was full, and therefore, unoperational. Plenty of mold/mildew and the elevator, located directly across a narrow hall from the pool, STANK of chlorine and grease.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a good time and the pool was just too cold for an indoor pool. We did enjoy breakfast every morning.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The selection of the breakfast items was limited, and basically. The dining area was very small and did not have room for everyone to find a table. Lobby is also very small. The driveway that goes by the entrance door is only wide enough for one car. You have to wait for the car ahead of you to unload and leave before you can get to the door; this causes a problem if it is raining, since the area by the front door is the only covered unloading area.

The customer service was excellent. The room was nice and clean but a bit cold when we arrived and there was no blanket in the room, I think there should always be a blanket just in case.

Hotel is well placed, near to I-10 and easy to enter and leave. Management of hotel is very well organized. Staff is friendly and more than ready to give information or help if needed. Rooms are clean and linen is always fresh and very quite. I would recommend anyone looking for a clean, quite room at a good rate use this hotel.

Space and kitchen was great. The staff was friendly and quickly gave information on the area - where to go, eat and directions to Walmart and where to go for a nail shop. whatever we ask she was able to help.

The mattress and pillow quality and the overall appearance. I had a noisy upstairs guest that someone else had also complained about. The staff wasn't very helpful. The first night I stayed the room above me started making a sound sort of like pipes expanding when hot water is passing through them. This was about 3am-3.30am. That morning I mentioned to hotel staff and was asked if I wanted to move. I assumed it was an isolated incident and stayed. The following night at 12.30am, it seemed as if there was a track meet going on. It was so bad that for the first time ever I had to call the front desk. The noise tapered off and finally stopped. The next morning when i mention it at the desk the lady told me that i wasn't the only person complained about the room and that she was sorry and that's it.

Very comfortable and great. Thanks! Signage, passed up, I miss the entrance and had to circle back. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Pretty good breakfast, nice and clean dinning area. I would definitely stay here again. Great. Thanks.
