We enjoyed our stay at this hotel however they did tell us that it was a non-smoking hotel and the room that we were given someone had definitely been smoking in. They did offer to trade rooms however we were settled in and decided to stay. We had a bit of a problem with one of the young men looking after the pool and slide. He closed it early because he said our grandchild was not following the rules. He did however make it his mission to watch the boys VERY carefully, going up and down the stairs as they rode the slide to make sure the did exactly as he said. I was there supervising them all the time. The previous day a woman was in charge and let the boys have fun as long as they were safe.

The Hotel was well laid out and clean. I would have given tens if the front desk staff was more presentable. Bad teeth dirty hair, body odor. Too bad the desk staff looked low class. The male who greeted us that night had dirty and messy hair, he had appropriate clothing, it was unkempt and looked slept in, shirt and tie had food stains on it. His skin was oily and his finger nails were dirty and chewed. I doubt he had brushed his teeth as his breath was bad also. I actually did not want to touch the room cards, my wife wiped them with foaming hand sanitizer, then wiped her hands afterward. Not what you would expect at all for a front line staff.

we went to this hotel for a grad ski trip. it was organised one year in advance and the hotel put us spread out through the entire hotel. now logically they should have put us on one floor or half the hotel but they didnt and then they ended up evicting us at 11 00 on the second night. so we all ended up outside with all all bags and then they told us to get off there property and called the police. but because mostly all of us are 17 years old this is against the law and we had payed for the night. after over two hours in the cold they made the police check every one of our bags before letting us back in and escorted us to our room and not letting us leave.over all the hotel was completely unorganised and messed up really bad.

Continental breakfast was very good. Nice new facility. Centrally located. Some road noise. Pricey though.

Very clean facility. Very good breakfast. Located near shopping and eating places. Beds were very comfortable. Didn't use the pool but the 4 story slide was hit with kids. The whole area is a great place to visit.

Easy internet access, and continental breakfast on site. Would like to see more healthy options at breakfast. Such as 100% whole grain (Kashi waffles), fruit, etc.
