Hello, I stayed here with my son's hockey team. Oh man was this service awful. From the second I walked into the hotel the manager hated me. If I ordered room service it would arrive an hour later. During our stay, my son also broke his finger, from being smashed in between on of the room's doors! I will not stay in this hotel again and I advise you not to as well.

A little overpriced for the quality and location. My room had a moldy shower curtain and the pillows were uncomfortable and not a very good quality. Refrigerator in the room would be nice. Great staff, especially in the dining room. Renovations were going on at the time of my stay; however, I was not inconvenienced which was nice. All in all, a good experience, and I would stay here again.

When I stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Jackson, I had a very... discusting stay. The room we stayed had brownie crumbs all over the floor/bed/counter/desk and in my son's matress, he found four brownies, and a rat! we left immedietly after that, and drove down the street to Country Inn and Suites, where we had a pleasent stay for the rest of our vacation. I'm will not recomend this hotel to any friends or family, but I will recomend Country Inn and Suites, for great service at our stay.

Great hotel. Rooms even included a dehumidifier, which was great in Jackson in the summer. Checkin was quick. Price was a bit high in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Clean, convenient, good breakfast with nice lady helping. Nice hot tub. I found nothing negative. This hotel well above my expectations. The rooms were very nice and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was clean and very warm, which I like for relaxing at the end of the day. The breakfast was good and the nice lady running the breakfast room treated you like you were one of her own children. I travel to Jackson often for business and this place has been my favorite.

My husband and I stayed here for our aniversery, and let me tell you, I would NEVER stay here again! Whoever was supposed to be working at the front desk was never there, and we had very slow service. The beds we used we're old and lumpy, and DIRTY! It was discusting! When we decided to go in the pool, the rack of towels was dumped in there, and the hot tub water was GREEN! We stayed on the second floor, and every night we heard footsteps from the floors above. The room next to us was always way to loud, and woke us during the night. To sum it all up, I would never recomend this hotel to ANYONE and will not be staying here ever again.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. They were doing construction and renovation on the hotel. Overall, this hotel was nice. I plan on staying there again sometime in the near future.

The swimming pool in the front entrance, floor slippery, I almost slipped down. The mirror in my room was not mounted securely, I thought it might fall down.

The staff member that works in the breakfast area was always pleasant and friendly, she always help you get what you needed. The location of the pool, right in the front entrance, we almost slip down several time because the floor was wet. The location of the hotel was in a safe location. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Very professional. The only problem I had in my room was the location of the mirror, it was in the hallway, it was not mounted correctly. I thought it was going to fall off the wall. I wished they had a small refrigerator in the room. No microwave in the room either. There was one downstairs in the breakfast room which was an inconvenience.

The lady that does the breakfast was the nicest lady! Nothing. The hotel staff at this Fairfield was some of the nicest and most helpful I have ever dealt with. Having two small children with me made this extremely important. The woman handling the breakfast set up even walked my coffee to the car so I could hold my kids' hands in the parking lot. That is customer satisfaction at the finest.

Definitely worth the money. The breakfast and indoor pool and hot tub were great. Great experience. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub for my kids. Also the breakfast was excellent and the people were very kind. It was exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway.

The staff on duty during the complimentary breakfast were excellent and very helpful. Bathroom was not as clean as it should be.
