Overall the hotel is ok. There is some serious need to retrain housekeeping on cleaning duties and responsibilites. There were several large spiderwebs in the upper corners of the room (217). A dirty wash cloth was left on the bathroom sink. The hotel check in was fast. Staff was really great and very helpful on the business side. I would stay here again just work on the cleaning aspect!

It was very convenient and the breakfast is great. A very nice mid size hotel. The customer service was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had plenty spacious. The price for this hotel is also very affordable and you get a great hot breakfast.

All the staff was friendly an helpful. The alarm in several of the rooms went off at 5:00 am. We have stayed there before and really liked it . It is always clean and the staff is friendly. We also was impressed with the variety of the continental breakfast, my granddaughter and great granddaughter really enjoyed the pool. The beds were very comfortable an quiet.

Very clean and friendly. Pool area was nice, clean and good for the kids. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Very close to Conner Prairie Settlement which is very fun for the whole family.

Breakfast was awesome, very quiet & clean, nice decor. Difficult to get to - no direct entrance from highway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly, and amenities were very nice, close to shopping & restaurants. Cleanliness was excellent. Very quiet. Good security. Best continental breakfast I ever had. Keep up the good work.

This hotel is neat and clean. Housekeeping never came. This is a pretty nice hotel; the best one in Noblesville, IN. The front desk was not very gracious when we told them that housekeeping did not clean/replenish our room. We had to ask for clean towels and washcloths

I loved all the hotel. I didn't like the turn off cause it was not marked. You had to really look for the hotel. I loved the hotel. The only problem was that it was hard to figure out where to turn for it. There were no signs. You really had to search for it. Once you find it, it is a great place to stay.

Suite on the first floor was great for a large group - King size bed and roll-out was plenty of room for 5 and helped us save money.

Very clean, room was exceptionally clean and nice. The breakfast bar was not good. The gravy and biscuits were cold. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean in the common areas and in the room. The breakfast bar was not as nice as I have seen at other hotels. The price was very good for the area.

Great hotel staff and very clean and neat. Mary Ross was phenomenal. Nothing. Mary Ross, the GM of this hotel has taken customer service to another level. She bends over backwards for anything that any person staying there needed.

This hotel was very nice and, I believe, fairly new. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were great! The only thing that was negative was the very hard biscuits on the continental breakfast. But there were plenty of other items to eat. This hotel was very comfortable, clean and bright.

The breakfast offered was awesome. We needed 2 beds, but couldn't get them. Very nice. The continental breakfast is awesome with a big variety of hot and cold foods. The staff was very friendly and the room was super clean. We always enjoy our stay at this Fairfield Inn.

Good service and good breakfast menu. Drinking water from room faucet tasted funny. Everything was good. We were right next to the elevator and never heard any noise at all. Wonderful stay.
