Staff was very attentive. THe continental breakfast attendant was very active keeping everything stocked and brought you whatever you needed. Room was very clean. I have no complaints.

Convenient. Pleasurable experience. I have stayed at your hotel when it was called the Innkeeper to attend the NASCAR races at Richmond. My husband stayed at the Fairfield Inn at Easter. I have very dear friends in the area and very convenient for me to visit them at your hotel.

Room, bath was clean bed linens clean and fresh smelled. The breakfast help was a bit too helpful trying to do a good job but over you most of the time. The reservation was for two king rooms. One room had two doubles. Our friends did not complain when checking in but when checking out they were billed $10.00 too much per night. They did complain and got the proper reduction in price. The dining staff was very nice but just tried to hard to service you clearing the dish before you were finished. Things like that.

My wife lost her necklace at breakfast and 2 of your breakfast staff went out of their way to try to help us find it. They were very nice. My wife later found the item in our room. It made us feel good that someone else was interested in helping us find it.
