Clean, comfortable, friendly and in an safe location.

Our daughter is a sophomore at High Point University and we have stayed at this hotel over 20 nights in the last 1 1/2 years. Any problems that we have had, have been straightened out immediately. So glad that they have gone non smoking since smoke can carry from smoking to non smoking rooms. Staff is excellent. Baked cookies are pleasant surprise on certain afternoons-should have them every afternoon! Wish breakfast had better variety of hot foods for those that don't eat meat. Suites are awesome: fridge and microwave, sofabed in separate area with tv and very well decorated.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will return. Should have daily newspapers available. Very nice experience. Great place to stay for college visits or furniture week and for the leisure traveler.

Staff. Room was dirty with something on the floor after complaining to desk. There seems to be some electrical problems in this hotel, problems with air conditioning clocks losing times.

Gym, pool and hotel is new. Mattress could be softer. Overall a nice place to stay. Basic amenities and clean. Staff nice but night staff not too sharp.

The free continental breakfast was great. An attractive lobby/room. The computer in the lobby was useful. Mostly quiet. Small but nice pool/spa. Bed needs thicker comforter . Noisey youths overtook spa one night. Crumbs in lobby still there from previous night. Staff unsure about direction Overall I would recommend this hotel to people. It was attractive and mostly quiet (ice machine by our room). The newspaper one day, free cookies at night, free complimentary breakfast and available computer/internet for use were all great incentives to stay at the hotel. The fitness area, pool and spa were not large, but okay for a short stay. The staff was friendly, but seemed unsure about directions to main area attractions or what direction to take to get to main highway(once again-great to have access to internet in lobby for directions. The room was moderate in size, clean and attractive. Would have liked a thicker comforter on the bed. A good choice for a few days away from home. though.

Decor lovely in rooms and lobby. Free Internet, pool and hot tub. No problems with it. Free breakfast is nice. People on staff are accommodating. Free hot tub and indoor pool, as well as Internet Rooms nicely decorated.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything. The only problem I encountered was the slow drain in the bathroom. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. You can tell the hotel is fairly new. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean, and located in a nice, pleasant area. The inside pool and gym was great for the kids and myself. There are restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is located in a small town but minutes away from Greensboro. I absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay there and look forward to returning for Christmas. You will defiantly get your money's worth for this hotel and an enjoyable stay.

Clean, close to interstate, nice staff. Morning staff not as friendly as the night staff. It exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and neat.
