Exceeded my expectations for 2 star hotel. Priced a bit high but priceline made it reasonable. Overall the hotel is quite good for advertising 2 stars. It was clean and comfortable, which is what I expect for this star level. The continental breakfast had a good selection for this type of hotel.

The Fairlield Inn (Ft. Collins/Loveland) was a fantastic experience! My co-worker agrees with me that this was easily the friendliest hotel staff we have ever encountered. From the front desk staff to the breakfast attendant to the housekeeping staff to the General manager, we received numerous offers of assistance and hundreds of smiles. The room itself was just average, the continental breakfast was good, and the hotel was located in a very nice development off I-25. It's walking distance from I-HOP (which was excellent, as well), and an outlet store mall (which was sub-par). Simply because of the excellence of the staff, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was truly an enjoyable experience.

The hotel was clean but didn't stand out in any way. Rooms were clean. Beds were like a cheaper motel. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Staff was friendly, accommodating, clean and quiet. Water in pool was a little cool. I have stayed many times at this hotel since 2000 and have always enjoyed it. It is located within walking distance to the outlet malls and eating areas, beautiful area. We love it there.

Meet all the needs I needed. Needed a better breakfast. This hotel was a very nice hotel. It had all the amenities I needed and was close to the main highways and resturants.

Very modern decor, friendly staff, and clean. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Great place to stay, staff was very friendly, the hotel maintenance was also very good and I felt safe and secure.

Everything, the comfort of the bed was amazing. Nothing. It was a wonderful stay, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, all the extra pillows on the bed made it inviting and comfortable.

Breakfast was good. The pay per view movie selection was lacking. At check-in the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. At check-out the staff was kind of cold. The room was nice but the pay per view movie selection was lacking in options. It would be nice to be able to have the checkout process in the room on the TV instead of the front desk.

The location was close to interstate and rooms were very clean. Pool has way too much chlorine and the waffle maker was broken. Nice breakfast layout, but there wasn't a "lobby" area to hang out in. Staff was really nice and accommodated our late check out due to softball games running longer than expected. Very nice & secure area close to shopping and restaurants of all price ranges.

Location, breakfast bar. Staff told friends we had checked out when we hadn't. We were very pleased with the hotel. It's location was very convenient - just off I-25 and adjacent to an outlet mall as well as other new shopping areas.
