Cleanliness, breakfast andbeautiful decor. We were so happy with our stay. We had never stayed with your chain before this visit, but after this we will definitely stay with your chain if available in the area. I felt like the atmosphere was ritzier with a very affordable cost for a family.

We traveled to VA due to a death in our family. The stay here made a big difference. We did not arrive to the hotel unti 1:30 am but the staff was extremely helfpul and available for questions. Our room was great. The bed was so comfortable we did not want to get out of it. Because of such a great experience, we extended out stay for another night. The decor was contemporary style. Bright colors and very inviting lobby and room. Thanks Marriott Emporia. You make the difference in this small city. I wish you were in every city that we travel.

The employees were very courteous. I think that took my mind away from the other problems: carpet in our room needed cleaning, drapes weren't room darkening , wasn't a comforter on the bed. Plenty of places in the area to eat, however no directory or information in the room about them . The ice machine broken, water in pool didn't look inviting. One plus, the broken elevator was quickly repaired. I'm accustom to traveling and staying at the Courtyard Marriott. I expected a little from a ""Marriott"". If all Fairfield Inns are this way, I won't be staying at another!

Recent renovation, everything was new and clean. Great access off interstate, and recent renovation makes this place a great place to stay. Everything is new & clean.

We were very pleased with the hotel. It is nothing fancy but the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. We did not partake of the breakfast so cannot rate it. We had a good night's sleep and would return to this hotel if ever in that area again.

We had to make a thousand mile trip to visit family. With two kids thats not a great thing at times. This pool has a wonderful pool and hot tub for all to use. My seven yr old wanted a suite and with the coupon we got from the rest stops, it was very affordable. The hot breakfast in the morning had something for even the pickiest eater. We are planning our trip again and we are stopping in this hotel on the way down AND BACK.

Beyond expectations, clean as a whistle, super service. Nothing, liked all there was. This stay was indeed a pleasant surprise. We have previously encountered numerous 2 star hotels that were terrible. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and needing excellent overnight accommodations. The continental breakfast was excellent.

Its location half way between NY and FL. Rather sterile Roadhouse. Hotel conveniently located to I-95 and there are a couple of corporate restaurants nearby. They serve a free breakfast.

Everything. Nothing. Great place, great price, would do it again in a minute.

The Director of sales worked hard to negotiate a lower price for me. She was friendly, courteous, and efficient. The manager hovered over the registration desk like some predator. He would not let the staff do their job. This is a clean, recently renovated motel that has a friendly and courteous staff. The prices however are a bit high for the average business traveler, even with AARP, AAA or any other reduced rate. There seemed to be a lot of flexibility in what they could charge for the room. By the looks of the parking lot, it wasn't overbooked and could have given me a lower rate.

Clean and comfortable. Free wireless access in the room. None. The hotel looks like newly built. Very clean and comfortable. Free wireless internet access in the room (not like many other hotels which provides free wireless internet only in the lobby, say Hilton we stayed in Daytona Beach). Definitely worth overnight stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, the room given us had none. I asked at the desk and was assigned another room with a refrigerator. The staff was very considerate and helpful to us.

We liked the beds - nice and plush, yet firm - very fresh and inviting. We only stayed one night!
